Who ever answered the phone simply said “hello”. I had to ask if I was calling Little Ceasars. I had to repeat my order so he could understand. He hung up before giving me a total and a pick up time. Which I called back to get, then hung up again without so much as a goodbye…very impolite person!

Called in our order and showed up 5 minutes ahead of the ETA . Two of the 3 items we ordered were done but the cheese bread was still 'in the works'. Waited for about 10-15 minutes for it to get prepared. I don't have any problem waiting HOWEVER my other 2 items (pizza and wings) were sitting on the prep counter the entire time and were cold when finally given to me (had to reheat those 2 items when I got home 6 minutes later..the bread was still hot). They were...

David and Karlissa are amazing! They burnt my deep dish. So they remade it and gave me a free 2-liter and two cups for having to wait for extra minutes. That is awesome customer service, I worked retail for 10 years I greatly appreciate it! Thank you ?
