Will give a 10 star review if i can. The food is absolutely delicious 🤤. Probably the best Thai restaurant I have ever tasted in Seattle and I’m very picky. The owner was able to make the food non-spicy for me, which is a huge plus

The food didn't came out close to the pics from the menu. Everything ordered was very sweet for some reason.
The soup is very depressing looking.

The chicken wing was really good! I really like whatever marinade they used - subtle but flavorful!
And the Tom yom noodle soup was my favorite, with the thin noodles. We also had the boat noodle soup with the wide noodles. The wide noodles were good too.
Great food, great portions for the price. Definitely one of the better Thai places in the area!
Just... It was Delicious 😋

My go to Noodle Nation MT Lake Terrace. The food was awful. Crab rangoon was awful, no crab just cream cheese. Spring rolls, no taste, but that was the best dish. Noodles were terrible, no taste very little chicken. Server/cook was coughing a lung and serving us besides cooking. Not a very good experience. Will never come back and do not recommend. Don't understand the 5 star reviews.
Got take out staying at nearby hotel because of good reviews and omg it was so delicious!!!! Got the boat noodle soup after people said it was good and my god it was so good. The crab rangoons were crispy and warm and fresh. Just go here. It’s so cute inside too. I’ll be specifically coming back here with my husband to make him taste it

I love this place! I'm so happy I found a new local spot with AMAZING food and service. The Boat Noodle Soup was delicious, and the broth was the best I've tasted in a LONG time. I felt the stress in my body wash away - it was that soothing.

Lovely atmosphere, super cool decorations going in all around. Music was chill. The food was ABSOLUTELY incredible. To die for. I will come back here, I will bring my children, and their children, and theirs for generations to come. If I could eat at one place for the rest of my life, this place would be in contention. Noodle Nation? Id call it Noodle Universe, because this is making me feel all kinds of ethereal things. I’m floating. 12/10. Highly recommend.
