Tuesday and I call in a pizza for pick up. Great customer service over the phone and even more awesome inside the space when picking it up. The guys have great customer service skills. For as busy as they were they had great attitude's and were very helpful!

I called 15 minutes early for my pickup order. Two simple pizzas and when I arrived they had not even been started. The what I assume is the manager started blaming all the people in the back doing prep and even called one of them an idiot in front of me and that made me feel so uncomfortable. Offered no discount for my inconvenience and took 20 minutes to get my pizza after arriving.

I walked in the store to pick up my pizza and it smelled like weed. I saw a couple of kid's with Pappa Murphy's shirts on go outback and smoke weed. Not good to smoke weed on the job.
This location has the worst customer service ever! They are rude, they got the order wrong, and would not discuss the issue without being flippant. Will not ever order from this location again.

Love 12.99 Tues. I can get 2-3 meals out of one stuffed pizza. I can take the money I save on food and spend it on gas.

Really wish they'd pay attention to the lettuce they put in salad container. When it's icky red it it off, and nobody wants all fat stems to eat. Pizza is good but please train to not make a salad they or their mother wouldn't want to eat.
