The Banh Mi was barely that.. it was basically a roll with some sauce on it. There was only a couple tiny pieces of meat and cilantro. Other than that it was basically just a roll. The roll atleast tasted fresh.

The people who work here are nice and the food is okay, so I feel bad writing this review. This little restaurant is tucked into a strip mall off the freeway in Mountlake Terrace. We've ordered pho from them a few times and last night I decided to order an appetizer as well. I got the grilled lemongrass tofu. It's partly my fault for not reading that there were three pieces in the order, but I was shocked when I opened the box and there were three tiny pieces of tofu in it. They may look large in the photo I took, but that is a close up next to a spoon on top of rice that I added to the bottom of the bowl. They were tasty - but not tasty enough to pay $8.30 for. The veggie pho was $16.55 for a large yet it came in a regular sized container. I know times are tough and the cost of everything is up. But I can't justify paying this much for one meal. This place is close to home so there's a chance we'll eat here again - but we won't be ordering anything but pho, and only if there are no other options.

Possibly some of the worst pho I’ve tried in Seattle. The broth tasted like fatty cinnamon water. It was awful. And the bahn mi barely had any filling inside - the tiniest bit of pork, a couple carrot sticks and a sprig of cilantro. I’ve tried this place a few times now because I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt but I’m never going back. The people are very nice but I can see why it’s never crowded.

This place was horrible. Worst service I have ever encountered! It was 4:30pm, on 12/19/2023, the place was emptied. I was the only one there sitting at the table. 5 minutes went by and no one even went over to greet me or to even serve me ice water. I looked at them and they say "wait". 3 guys was just sitting there, talking in Vietnamese and laughing. VAPING in the restaurant also! After another 5 minutes, I just stormed off! Do not come here! I will be reporting the Snohomish County Health Department regarding my input about the way PHO TRAN is running a restaurant business establishment!
Bugs in the food. Meat tasted old. Brisket was fishy and the portions were tiny. No jalapeños were served either. Mint was soggy and dark.

The broth was seriously flavorless. Didn't think it possible. I've had lots of good pho and this isn't it. Not quite as bad as Pho Than Brothers but pretty close. Don't waste your money!

Tried calling multiple times. No answer. I went to the location @12 on a Monday and it was closed. So i don't know when they are actually open. Very unprofessional. Update your hours.
