I add extra of everything in order to make up for the light ice and this location still skimps you.

I think her name was Michelle I always order the same thing (Oatmilk lavender matcha with light ice extra foam and 6 scoops matcha) but this time the way she made the drink was absolutely perfect! I will be coming back and asking her to make it again!

I had previously placed an order through the mobile app, and when I got to the drive-thru window, I encountered Employee John, who was quite rude. He insisted that I should have ordered 12-15 minutes earlier. However, I had actually placed my order just 10 minutes before arriving, and it likely had just appeared on their screen. There were no other cars in line, and I noticed five other employees just standing around. I had never seen John there before, and after this experience, I won’t be returning. The customer service was disappointing, and I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.

I wanted to update since I saw the reply and saw the girls again this morning. I think I got their names. I believe they are Keeda and Trisha? I'm still not sure about the name of the gentleman. I was there early this morning and was happy to see 3 happy baristas at the window! I can't remember their names, but it's 2 ladies and one gentleman all in glasses. I've come a few times when these 3 or at least the 2 gals are working at the window together and they're always in happy moods laughing together and the girls are always excited to say hi to my pup. Puts me in a good mood for the morning

This location is very slow! I always order via the mobile app in advanced and every time I’m here there are also others waiting as well in the drive thru. Sometimes a 5 minutes wait! This is the only location that is slow on this area.

Went in for Mother’s Day Bogo got two caramel ribbon crunches supposed to be Extra caramel which I paid for, and there wasn’t. There was also no crunchy topping mind you I reminded the barista two different times that it was extra caramel extra topping. I am extremely disappointed.

So...if you are in the area, be it driving, walking, running, or biking by?Stop in for a refreshment, something to munch on, and just relax.The atmosphere is chill, people friendly, wifi is on...just waiting for you, be it on the solo tip or with many others, to get connected.My experience was great, hope yours is also.
