This is the 2nd time I ordered from this Safeway and both times HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I ordered 3 sandwiches, 2 beverages, and a footlong cookie.food was okay. But the MAIN REASON I WONT BE ORDERING FROM THIS SUBWAY AGAIN IS BECAUSE THE HORRIBLE NIGHT STAFF. Mainly, the male who works late nights. I go to the drive thru after waiting 10 min and getting no response I drive to the window. HE MAKES EYE CONTACT WITH ME Then just walks in the back and completely ignores me. I wait in my car at the drive thru window for additional 10 min before I had enough and just go inside. I go inside and he was just rude, you can tell he hates his job. They were out of coke and didn't bother to say anything to me. To make it worse, HE WASNT EVEN WEARING A HEAD SET FOR DRIVE THRU.!! This subway has so much potential to be a busy store but with employees like that they will soon go outta business.
I forget his name, but we’ve been helped by the same bearded gentlemen several times and he is always great. He’s friendly while assembling our sandwiches and sends us off with good vibes :)
Sorry to have to say this because it is near our home. But, obviously no supervision at this store. My sub had burnt meatballs! So for is lousy. 2) waitstaff must be told personality is not permitted. Honestly, robots could be more personable. But the worst part is the food.

This location ran my credit card via chip/tap for $16.74. This location then ran my credit card as a manual entry on the same date for $18.17 creating a fraudulent charge on the same date. I have call the store 3 times to report and request a call from the owner who has not responded. I am forced to dispute fraudulent card with my bank and change card number.

Usually takes forever, they run out of stuff, and totally skimp out on the meat. If you get double meat it's okay but then you're paying more. This location gives you like half as much as other subways.
This location consistently makes their sandwiches with noticeably fewer ingredients than other Subways. More often than not, the meal is a disappointment. The nice location, big windows, and generally clean restaurant are appreciated. However it seems to be understaffed, resulting in very long waits if several customers/orders arrive at once. The employees seem to be doing their best, but I get the feeling that the management is cutting corners.

What’s the point in having a drive through if no one ever works it? 2x in a row I sat outside for several minutes and no one came on the speaker. First time I just went in to order. Second time I wasGoing to go in and order but as I drove past the window I saw the employee in the back eating a sandwich.

NO. The staff member who handled my order can't understand English hardly and will never hand you all of your meal. Forgot to give my Uber driver (who coincidentally can't even speak english) forgot to hand him my drink twice.

Clean restaurant and fast service when I ordered through the app. The sandwiches was ready a lot quicker than expected and the quality of them was spot on.
Parking: Parking may be difficult and the right of way can be a challenge if it's full. I visited at a lull time but I can see how it can difficult when it's busy.

Awful food quality. I spent 30 minutes in the restroom after eating their sandwich. Would not recommend this Subway.
If you're using any type of coupon, I recommend going to another store. The owner of this Subway treats every ingredient like it's precious and tries to cut costs wherever possible. When we handed him our coupon at the counter, he immediately restricted us to ordering only the classic subs listed on the whiteboard, denying us any other options. We knew this wasn't right because we had used the exact same coupon at other stores before and carefully read the restrictions. We argued for several minutes until he finally allowed us to order what we wanted. Later, he apologized with a nonsensical excuse that didn't even make sense. We ordered six 1-foot-long subs, but as a former Subway worker myself, I noticed he skimped on the amount of meat and veggies. Our subs ended up being almost half as thick as usual and tasted awful. The owner of this store lacks proper service, common sense, and morals. I definitely won't be visiting this store again.

Actually, this was THE worst experience foodwise I've had from any SUBWAY.Yes, the employees were friendly....but....I ordered online 3 sandwiches.All 3 were made incorrectly.None of the extra veggies I requested on 2 BMT sandwiches and very little meat. I could probably eat 6 of those and still not be full.No mayo mustard or Chipotle that I requested on the other sandwich.3 pieces of green pepper when I asked for extra. I had to put my own mustard and mayo on when I got home, but still no Chipotle.The restaurant was very clean though, which was nice.Overall, I'm not satisfied with this location and unfortunately won't return.
