The coffee is good, the food is good, but there are big black flies in there every single time I visit. I don't know if they're coming in through the open drive-through window, or if the back area just isn't sanitary, but it is really off-putting to be buzzed constantly by flies while having my coffee. I've been in 5 times, there have been flies every single time. At least put up flypaper!

I had a pick up order. If you like microwaved frozen bowls you might like their breakfast bowls @ $6.75. I am shocked by the prices. I ordered a 24oz Americano to find out that is a base rate $3.05 + 1.40 for each shot of espresso, huh?? I ordered 2 shots but I like a quad. Settled for 2 shots, cost $ 5.85. Please , most coffee companies include at least 2 shots to call it an Americano. Wow! I would have paid $8.65 for a quad.... am I losing touch with prices?? A cup of coffee and breakfast bowl was almost $15.00 tip included, because the service was good!

I love the coffee here, but the drive through experience is actually horrendous. I got here with 20 minutes of time to get a coffee at the drive through, and they took 15 minutes to even get me up at the window with only 3 cars ahead of me, and then another 5 minutes for my latte. I could not escape to get to work because the way the drive through is set up, if you have a car behind you, you get blocked in and cannot get out. Got there at 6:30 AM, was finally able to leave at 6:53 AM. It should not take that long. I will never be going back in the early hours.

I sat in the drive-through this morning for over 20 minutes waiting for the car in front of me who ordered a lot of food. The staff did not tell the car to pull around front so I was trapped. When I walked up to the car, the patrons agreed to move around front so that I could get out of the drive-through. This was extremely unprofessional. I ended up being late for work and did not get a coffee because I did not have time.

Honestly, this place has carried me through more exams than caffeine should legally allow. The coffee’s always top-tier, the staff are super friendly, and the vibe is just perfect its calm enough to study, but lively enough to keep you awake. I’ve spent countless hours here cramming, and somehow I keep passing everything. Great music, cozy seating, and people who actually care. If you need a spot to focus, chill, or just reset with a great cup, Urban Coffee’s the place for you.

Had the drip coffee, chocolate banana bread and turkey boulevard sandwich. The sandwich was tasty and great value for the price however, I was disappointed with the banana bread as it was undercooked. It was busy but the atmosphere was still chill and quiet enough to work in and the seats and tables were comfortable.
The dinging from the drive thru is a bit annoying at times.

Love this spot for breakfast! It’s a cozy little place that’s always busy with people popping in and out. The food is super tasty, and the banana cake… soooo good!

The number one thing I’m grateful for is the hours of operation. Having some place to go where I could chill, enjoy a beverage and be safe till 10pm is a balm to a long night. The service was friendly and quick, matcha was delicious.
