Her crew served our appetizers to all 225 of our guests with ease, the buffet line set up was stunning, and we got so many compliments on the food. D’lish catering is Delishious! Lisa was awesome! When we sat down to discuss prices and what I wanted, I told lisa the amount I didn’t want to go above and that I really wanted a salmon entree and my hubs likes meat and potatoes. She made a whole menu off that it was great. She was even able to workout a charqutery board for the happy hour (which was prior ceremony) and then a london broil and salmon entrees roasted veggies side and a delishious salad. We got a feast for sure, and it tasted so delicious. She was great had no issue with things I wanted to change or things I didn’t like, she would just figure out alternatives and always stayed in our budget it was great. She also included all plates and silverware etc in her cost, supplied NA drinks, set up and take down and also all the serving platters, I didn’t have to bring anything. The venue I used Stonehouse101 also was not set up for the caterer to do any cooking on site or really even have fridge or greezer room. Lisa had no problem with this, she has her own truck to prep and do whatever she needs in, she could cater in the middle of a field if thats what you want. Defeintely a wonderful caterer to go with and is totally customizable with her menu.
