Summary: Delicious unique chicken sandwiches, friendly staff, clean dining area and facilities, what more could you want! At $12-$14 a meal it's a bit on the pricey side, but you're getting (and some might call this sacrilege) a BETTER chicken sandwich than Chick-fil-A. Definitely worth a stop in!
Ambiance/service: The place is cozy, and brings the Shaq to it's interior! Wooden tables, warm color scheme, and chandeliers make it a nice place to dine in. There's a Shaq size footprint by the vending machines so you can see how you stack up. We had a large party, but the food was out quick, was organized, and the staff worked hard to meet all of our needs.
Food: Like I said in the summary, this was a better chicken sandwich than Chick-fil-A. The patty was freshly cooked, juicy, and extremely flavorful. I got the ultimate so it came with Mac n cheese on top, and it was delicious. Crinkle fries come with the meal, which aren't my favorite personally, but they were cooked well. Got the mango lemonade for the drink and it was much sweeter than I was anticipating, a little heavy on the concentrate.

Great service and food every time I've been here!! Chicken is moist. Food is hot. Fries are crispy, but not chips. Sauces are delicious. The dunks are my favorite to grab for a bite on the road. Shaq is Killin the food game. Get the cheese it's on the Mac.
Kid-friendliness: Open seating and many options for kids with food.

Big Chicken turned me into a chicken sandwich fan. When they opened, the food was really good. The chicken portions were large, crispy, and juicy. But since then, it seems like they've been experimenting and changing up their recipes, menus, and pricing - but the quality has gone down significantly.
The last two recent times I've gone, the chicken sandwiches have been really dry, the portions are significantly smaller. They've removed waffle fries for mediocre crinkle fries. They've also removed the sauces. We paid almost $40 for two sandwich meals. Also, 5 wings for $12? That's crazy...

Having been to a few Big Chicken locations, this one serves tiny tenders (remove the tendon!!!!), floppy fries and didnt even arrive with ANY sauce.... the opposite as advertised

We went here when it first opened and this place was amazing. We were so excited to get a place like this in Mukilteo. In the last few months we've gone a couple more times, and the chicken has shrunk so much. All the other ingredients are still there, and still taste like before, but the chicken went from being nearly an inch thick on opening month, to yesterday it was no more than 1/4" - 1/3" thick.
Worst of all, the new chicken wings are $11.99 for 5! Say what!? I know inflation is crazy these days, but $2.40 per wing?

$26 for the DRYEST chicken sandwich, 4 bites of unseasoned noodles with microwaved cheesed on top and a sad handful of chewy crinkle fries smothered in such a questionable choice of topping. Who woke up and thought "Yeah. Crinkle fries, bbq sauce, a pinch of burnt bacon and cakey cheese sauce sounds soo good right now. But you know what would make it even better? Banana peppers." ?? I feel cheated. Don't get me started on the crowded parking lot. And yes, I tried the Frosted Flakes shake ? (frozen milk and cereal.) Combination of chewing every sip and what you are chewing is soggy ?. They have a drive-thru for pick up? How complicated for such a simple menu. It's just chicken.

Sadly, they completely messed up my milkshake. I ordered the frosted flake, and a kid sized strawberry. ???. I will probably not be back.

The chicken here is outrageously delicious. I've been to a lot of good chicken places. Big chain restaurants and small local run ones. Big chicken is up there with the best of them. If your looking for a good chicken sandwich and tasty sides and want to try something new? You won't be disappointed here. It's really freaking good.
P.S. Try the chicken dunks "Jerome style".
