Henry's Donut

So pardon my lack of pictures for this review but I was tearing up these donuts in the car. Those donuts didn't make it past the Safeway on speedway. I haven't been here in a long time and I got to say, I need to come back more often. The Donuts are your traditional ones made with tons of love! Nothing too fancy if it ain't broke don't fix it. On top of that the customer service is the chef kiss. If you want a donut that is available 24hrs a day, not baptized in sugary syrup, that can fulfill your needs with love and care to it's customers, Henry's is the spot for you.

We've given Henry's Donuts in Mukilteo a few chances and they have disappointed every single time. The heat is set too high on their fryer so you get a burnt on the outside donut that is greasy and raw inside. They are going to make someone sick if they don't get their frying down right. A donut should be golden brown with a white line around the middle and cooked all the way through. I've had better donuts at gas stations.

I love this place usually. I actually rave about it to my coworkers and friends. Ive been going for about 20 years. I went tonight when I was dropping my boyfriend off at the airport. I wanted a cake doughnut with chocolate frosting and sprinkles. I decided to order a mixed dozen. I was going to my parents after and my dad loves apple fritters. So I got him 2, ordered the cake with chocolate frosting and sprinkles. Asked for a cinnamon sugar twist, a maple bar, a jelly filled one. I got to my parents (as the case was so full I could not see exactly what she was grabbing from the back row) and opened the box.. she didnt give me the cinnamon twist but a glazed twist. She gave me chocolate cake not vanilla cake with chocolate frosting and sprinkles. I was so disappointed 😞 24 bucks plus tip... plus usually they taste so fresh and soft. These were like day old. Not sure what's up..

I usually go here after work.Since they are open twenty four hours. If you don't see anybody, they do have a bell that you can ring to let the worker know you are there. Prices are great and I did see a sign that said that they offered delivery. Apple pay is not accepted. They do accept credit card and debt card payment but a .50 charge is added if it's below five dollars.
