This gem down by the water has the best tasting seafood, awesome customer service from all their staff, and we had the best view for a family brunch during summer.

We were seated in the dining room. Our server was knowledgeable about how their food was cooked. He also was very good at checking back with us for drink refills and other niceties. He made our experience very good. Yup, we'll go back in the future!

The crab cakes and seafood risotto were excellent. Fish n' chips were good as well, but the pesto fettuccine was lacking flavor. Restaurant was quite busy when we arrived, but we were nonetheless seated within 5 minutes. The views of Puget Sound were amazing.

Great table on the deck for happy hour ?Great food ?The server was newer. There were lots of mistakes, but we still tipped appropriately for the bill (21%), but she also had a ton of perfume on. Luckily, we were outside.

Came here for my birthday tonight. Restaurant is beautiful even on a rainy night. Waiter seem distracted and didn't engage. Mashed potatoes were gummy. Otherwise the food was delicious!

Your dining experience in the PNW simply isn't complete without a stop at Ivar's Seafood Restaurant in Mukilteo. One of my all-time favorite appetizers is their seared Ahi tuna. We've been on a fish-n-chips kick, and this was by far the best yet! The batter is light and fluffy, while the Alaskan true cod was perfectly cooked. The view ain't half bad either!!

Had a 5pm reservation on Mother’s Day for 5 people and service was excellent!Drinks: Pineapple sangria was AMAZING, I had 2!Dinner: Crab cakes, mashed potatoes and asparagusDessert: We did a trio! Strawberry shortcake, lemon cheesecake and vanilla bean burnt crème. Didn’t get any pictures because we demolished dessert! Will return to try more!

Love Ivar's. Been coming to restaurants for over fifty years. Special evening celebrating Mother's Day with family. For the most part, our meal was exceptional. Special requests made for preparation of food due to dietary restrictions. No problem, the chef made it happen.Waiter, Eric, excellent service and very attentive. The only disappointment was the strawberry, lemon custard shortcake. None of our party of four cared for it. Combination did not meet expectations. Biscuit dry, honey drizzle, we did not care for it. We all had a couple of small bites, but we could not finish it. Sad, I should have mentioned it to our waiter and had the cost removed from our bill.Parking: Right across streetDietary restrictions: Agreeable to make changes.

Love this place but come on a three piece fish and chips is more like fish fingers and chips. You can do better

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Ivar's restaurant that exceeded all of my expectations. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was amazing, with the beautiful visuals of the water in the bay and the stunning sunset in the background. The restaurant had a warm and welcoming ambiance that made me feel relaxed and comfortable. The server was extremely attentive and provided excellent service throughout the entire meal. He was knowledgeable about the menu and offered great recommendations. He was always available when we needed him.I ordered the cauliflower steak and was blown away by the great taste. The dish was bursting with flavor. It was a perfect choice for my vegetarian diet, and I was happy to have such a delicious and satisfying option. To complement my meal, I ordered a mocktail, which was expertly crafted and tasted fantastic. The drink was refreshing and perfectly balanced, with just the right amount of sweetness.Overall, the restaurant provided an incredible experience, with great food, excellent service, and an ambiance that was unmatched. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a great dining experience.

This was an awesome restaurant with wonderful servers and staff. The food was very good, expect to pay a bit more (26+ dollars for the cheaper menu item) It is worth it!!The coho salmon seasonal meal was so good. It was very flavorful and they even made Brussels sprouts taste good. The Ivars coffee was great. The carrot cake was really good too and the Carmel was my favorite part. The fish and chips tasted really yummy and well done.

Had an amazing experience here. The waitress were attentive during busy hours, and we had a beautiful view (from the bar) while dining. My favorite was the crab cake sandwich, it came with a side of soup and caesar salad.

First time trying out this place as was in the area for business. As I was in a mood for seafood, and this had a great view, thought to give it a try. The server was very knowledgeable and recommended me one of the special dishes My coworker had fish and chips and he said it was the best he's ever had in his life. I got the halibut special, and it was cooked to perfection. We shared the crab appetizer, and it was so so good. I will definitely be coming back to this place before I take the ferry or after, depending on the time.
