Haven’t been here in a long time. During this visit the staff could be barely moved to do their job and generally sounded depressed. Order was messed up and barely edible. I’ll try again in 4 years.

I waited 30 minutes just to get a teriyaki bowl at Jack-in-the-Box, and it was incredibly frustrating. The service was slow, and it felt like no one was even paying attention to the orders. I expected better, and this experience really left me disappointed.

It's always a hit or a miss (with food & service) with Jack in the Box. But this location is one of the best I've ever been. I come every Friday morning with my client and the manager who is ALWAYS there on Friday mornings, she is amazing and 150% deserves a nice raise. She is so kind but also quick and her memory is great, I see her taking orders without her computer all the time and she runs back and types it all in - she's really great at what she does and you can tell she cares about this store, her customers and how it looks. Not to mention the bathrooms, floors and tables are ALWAYS clean and it even smells clean. I highly recommend this location. The only thing I've ever ran into an issue here was when the soda machine was out of a soda flavor my client wanted, but she fixed it right away and filled it up with the drive thru soda machine. Which wasn't an inconvenience at all to me. Keep up the good work guys, I wish every Jack in the Box location was up to this standard.

Extremely painful how slow the drive thru is here. I've been in the drive thru for over 30 minutes with only three cars in front of me. And am still waiting. At the rate we are going no joke it's 30+ min drive thru time. I get waiting for fries maybe or something for a few minutes but it's been over five minutes a car in the drive thru. I'll call it for what it is after my experience and reading all the comments the manager needs to be fired as well as all the employees and start over with good staff.

I got into the drive threw line at 12:07 pm didn't get me food until 12:20pm it was cold and stall. I had to go back in because they forgot something that I asked of it was then I noticed they only have two people working there. No wonder, the lady had a hard time understanding what I was asking and the man looked clueless. I will never go there again!

I wish I could do zero stars. We paid $8.99 for a 6 piece wings and when we went home there is one missing wings for the honey garlic siracha order and the wings are very tiny. The Parmesan 6 piece was fine and right sizes. Never been order a really tiny winglets. 6 pieces end up only like 4 pieces total with how small the sizes are. Please do better with your portion next time. I’m discourage to even come back. We always order a lot here. First time getting a crappy wings.

Is it just this location or did the Breakfast Jack go the crap? I haven’t had one in a long time. They use to be hot, gooey melted cheese, a little bit greasy, they were so good. The ones I got today I thought were going to be good because I was the only one in the drive thru and it took awhile, but it was awful. It was cold and the cheese wasn’t even slightly melted, the ham wasn’t heated up. Awful awful awful

Their food portions are a joke for what they charge! Ordered 3 meals,, one of them with curly fries, for which you have to pay extra. When I got home and saw the amount of fries they gave me I got upset! I felt scammed! The small box was halfway full and they were hard, dry and broken into small pieces! Its just not worth it!
