Don't be in a rush because staff would rather talk to each other than prepare orders. Also, don't actually want what you order because it will be wrong.

As a celiac who never, ever gets to eat out because no one really understands food safety for me, I was really excited to try out Jersey Mike's because I saw on their FB page that they have gluten free bread and protocols for avoiding cross contamination. I was especially excited to hear there was a separate prep station for gluten free food. I thought I'd finally found a place my family and I could safely eat out together.
Unfortunately, when we went in for lunch yesterday, that separate prep area was being used to make online orders - several subs on regular bread. And when I ordered my sandwich, they DID wipe down the area (props for trying, I guess) but didn't switch out any of the food containers (lettuce, tomatoes, etc) for new ones. So the gloves that put lettuce on those gluten-y sandwiches that were made before mine then went into that same lettuce container, contaminating all the lettuce in it. At that point, changing gloves doesn't matter because the food itself is now contaminated with gluten.
When the prep station was wiped down, it was with an old rag and the crumbs were wiped away and then the same rag wasn't rinsed or anything before wiping all over everything else. So the gluten was spread all over the place that way, too.
I think if someone was just avoiding gluten for a dietary choice, this would be okay, but for me, someone who's sick for at least 6 weeks every time I ingest even a tiny grain of gluten, this was completely unacceptable. If you have celiac, do NOT trust this place to be a safe place to eat.
I gave my sandwich away and ate at home.

I can’t say enough good things about this Jersey Mike’s and its franchise owner, Steve. I’m not someone who usually complains, but Steve went above and beyond to listen to my concern and resolve it quickly. His follow-up was exceptional, and it really showed how much he cares about his customers. On top of that, the food and service at this location are consistently outstanding.
I highly recommend this Jersey Mike’s to anyone looking for great food and even better customer care!

I ordered through the Jersey Mike’s app for curbside pickup, and everything was spot on! My order was ready right on time, which is always a huge plus. The customer service was top notch super friendly and efficient. And let me tell you, my sandwich in a bowl was fantastic! It was not only delicious but also really filling. Definitely hit the spot! I’ll be coming back for sure. Highly recommend!

I ordered online exactly 12 :18 pm and I when inside Store to Pick my order was not ready and was like 12 people in line to order and you guys make they food and You guys take forever to make my sandwich that I order online I not very happy because my launch was Over

Came in last week, got a delicious sandwich but what I saw in the establishment has left a bad taste in my mouth, ruining that and any future sandwiches I may enjoy at a Jersey mikes establishment. I saw an employee drop a meat (I assume turkey?) on the floor. I as well as he was disappointed I’m sure to see the wasted food, however he simply picked the food item off the floor, rinsed it off, and continued slicing it. I am not familiar with food safety guidelines but now I am left wondering if every sandwich I may order at a Jersey mikes has been dropped on the floor, and had water considered an adequate sanitation. I don’t know what their finances are like, but I would honestly prefer to see the food item disposed of and replaced rather than served to customers. If management would like to reeducate or retrain the employee in question, it was an older man with grey hair and a beard. Overall the team provided great care and service, and my sandwich was very good, even if they did hopefully hold the floor seasoning.

can't comment on service or atmosphere because I ordered a sandwich through a delivery app. I got burnt bread, and ordered no tomatoes on my sandwich but got tomatoes. I have an allergy so I can't even attempt to eat it. Sandwich was also drowned in mayo and is a completely inedible, soggy mess.
Done with this place. What’s the point of ordering online if you have to wait 15 minutes when the sandwich is getting cold behind the counter the whole time. This place needs to get its stuff in order.
The kids working at this location are so lazy in the evening. Every single time ive ordered through the app it is always wrong and takes forever. How hard is it to read and put the correct things on a sandwich instead of chit chatting on the side while people are waiting
Foods always good, and Steve is a breath of fresh air, excellent customer service, which is very lacking nowadays. If you want good food and top tier and customer service, i definitely recommend this location.
