can't comment on service or atmosphere because I ordered a sandwich through a delivery app. I got burnt bread, and ordered no tomatoes on my sandwich but got tomatoes. I have an allergy so I can't even attempt to eat it. Sandwich was also drowned in mayo and is a completely inedible, soggy mess.

Done with this place. What’s the point of ordering online if you have to wait 15 minutes when the sandwich is getting cold behind the counter the whole time. This place needs to get its stuff in order.

The kids working at this location are so lazy in the evening. Every single time ive ordered through the app it is always wrong and takes forever. How hard is it to read and put the correct things on a sandwich instead of chit chatting on the side while people are waiting

Foods always good, and Steve is a breath of fresh air, excellent customer service, which is very lacking nowadays. If you want good food and top tier and customer service, i definitely recommend this location.

Ordered #17 (sweet onions, American cheese and steak). Meat was fresh and heated up on the spot, staff were really helpful, and patient, (first time ordering food from this place). Very clean space.

Just visited it for the first time. Food is awesome. The place is clean and cozy. The staff is professional, beautiful and mighty.

Ordered through the Uber Eats app at 5:10pm and scheduled it to be ready between 6:00–6:30pm so I could pick it up right at the start of my lunch break (6:30–7:00pm). I show up at 6:30—nothing. Still waiting past 6:45pm and my food isn’t even ready. What’s the point of scheduling ahead if they don’t bother starting it on time? My whole break wasted standing there hungry. Super frustrating.

Today they got hit a few orders that were Grabbed by the wrong people right when the lunch rush hit. They took on the orders and rolled with the punches swiftly. Appreciate the amazing Sammy!!!!!

Ordered one of the new pastrami sandwiches, wrost pastrami sandwich ever. Missing the pickles and mustard and the meat was full of fat and gristle.

We had come here a couple of years ago and we're uninspired by the slow staff. Have been back recently and have to say, the staff now is great. Very quick, helpful, and courteous. Saw them remake a sandwhich after the customer realized they mistakenly ordered the wrong thing.

Quick service, friendly staff. And home of the best subs around. This location is close to my work and is perfect for grabbing a sandwich to go!
