Ordered one of the new pastrami sandwiches, wrost pastrami sandwich ever. Missing the pickles and mustard and the meat was full of fat and gristle.

We had come here a couple of years ago and we're uninspired by the slow staff. Have been back recently and have to say, the staff now is great. Very quick, helpful, and courteous. Saw them remake a sandwhich after the customer realized they mistakenly ordered the wrong thing.

Subs are great but service at this Mukilteo branch is terrible. Most are just trainees. We buy for take-out very often but this time the service was very bad again. Came in with my young son. Ordered kids combo and a regular sub. Paid for the food and waited for the subs to be ready.
Once the subs were ready, we grabbed the subs and heard a lady (most likely a trainee) asking her co-worker whether we paid for the subs. He responded that we paid.
I also turned back to look at the lady for saying such a rude thing. This is not the first time it happened. About 2 weeks ago, I let my young teenage son buy the sub using a gift card that we purchased earlier, but the guy cashier said that the machine is broken and wouldn’t take the gift card.
I had to go into the store myself. This guy cashier then apologized and said the machine now works. He probably thought my young teenage son found the gift card. Very bad experience. We’d probably go back to the Lynnwood branch where service was great.

Came in a few days ago and they have the most sweetest employees ever! Especially Ruby! I’m pregnant so I was trying to decide on a hot sandwich that I wanted and Ruby was so helpful and sweet! She is so amazing at customer service! Kudos to this great location!

My online order was wrong I was promised a refund due to their mistake but never received it. One of the 3 sandwiches I ordered online was made with the wrong bread. I called and spoke to the manager on duty who offered another sandwich or a refund. I accepted the refund because I was too far from the restaurant to drive back. It has been over a week and my refund was never issued. Never going back

The only reason I didnt rate one star is because I have eatin here before and the food was great! But today, I had to walk out in the middle of my sandwich being made. Something I have never done before, anywhere. There were 6 employees behind the counter which seemed extremely hectic. Only 1 seemed to be hustling to prep and take orders. The rest were talking amongst themselves about personal topics. One was being trained, but I was the only customer in line, besides one who was at the register. I was waiting forever. Confused. Being asked the same questions multiple times. I couldn't figure out who was even making my sandwich! These staff need to step up and focus more on the customers and less on what schools they went to, people they know, and hobbies they have. I felt bad for the woman who looked like she was managing. She was overwhelmed. So many younger employees just standing around and behaving so unprofessional. I knew that if I didn't leave, I would've been there for another 10 minutes. Pure Chaos.

Would give this 0 stars if I could. Waited 20 minutes to order and another 40 minutes for a sandwich. They gave mine away TWICE and wouldn’t issue a refund. Said I could leave my name and number and maybe the store manager could call me back.Do yourself and go to a REAL Italian deli, not this incompetently staffed fast food chain.

I was overcharged for my order, and when I brought it to their attention, they refused to correct it. The sub was poorly made and not worth the extra cost. I had high expectations because of all the good things I've heard about Jersey Mike's, but this location was a huge letdown. The staff's refusal to address the overcharge was the final straw.
