We had a delicious dinner with very friendly and accommodating staff. My husband had the duck, and I had the salmon. Both were well seasoned and prepared.

My husband and I went for our anniversary. It was delicious! The two types of bread and butter were perfectly paired. The brussel sprouts were different than I've had anywhere else, tangy with a subtle heat. The crabcake (appetizer, but should be an entree! ) was as big as the appetizer plates! It was so good! Hubs had a burger, and I tried the Cajun shrimp and grits. I'm still thinking about them! The flavors of Cajun seasoning mixed with the parmesan grits... I don't have words. It was the star of the night. I'm definitely going back for that again. Bonus was a free dessert for our anniversary. A peach cake with cream cheese frosting and hazelnuts. Oh, and I spotted on my husband's Blackberry Bramble. Yummy! Highly recommend!

Four of us went for dinner on a Wednesday night. We ordered 2 mango daiquiris, a Mai Tai and a beer. The daiquiris were not icy at all, more like a puree and came with a Mexican salt on the rim. The salt ruined a mediocre drink.
Halibut and chips were not seasoned and the "chip" were flat cold pancakes, beef stroganoff had maybe 4 mushrooms and little sauce, seafood linguine was good, but I never found the promised crab and lastly, the salmon and broccoli rabb was okay.
For the price we paid, I doubt we'll return. Sad, as this was a favorite of ours.

Very expensive for the food quality. We won't go back. The beef stroganoff was so tough my husband couldn't eat it. My pork chop was well done and I asked for it pink. Horribly disappointing

Too little options for a meal. No baked potatoes or a small salad included with meal. Also $5 for stale bread basket

I’ve always passed this place in Old Towm Mukilteo but finally had the chance to celebrate my sister’s retirement in this neighborhood restaurant. I do not plan to go back again. First, there’s plenty of parking in the back. There’s option for indoor and outdoor parking. They have a great selection of wine. The service was good. However, the food was a disappointment. The calamari was well seasoned but thickly breaded and salty. The portion was quite small. The crispy brussel sprouts was the best dish in our order and is definitely worth a mention. Three of us ordered a cup of corn clam chowder but we had to return them back since they were extremely salty. Do not expect a basket of free bread- you have to pay $5 for a small basket . Our main meal presentations were beautiful. I ordered the Halibut Fish and Chips but the batter was as salty as the calamari. The prawns in shrimp and grits and Caesar’s salad were huge and well cooked. The grits was also salty. Two in our party ordered the beef stroganoff and they said it was good.

Great service! Perfect, just attentive enough, present but not over bearing. I am glad the servers were always filling my water b/c the hamburger I had was soooooooo dry. I ordered it medium rare and it was well done and was like eating sand. The bacon was also burnt. My buddy had a steak medium rare and sent it back b/c is was well. I didn't want to send two things at the table back. I hope this was a one time thing b/c we had a large number of people.

First time there for our 30th anniversary. It was well worth it. We had the crab cake that was wonderful. I was a bit taken back to pay for bread, but it is quite good. I had the halibut and it was wonderful, but I would have liked more fish and less pasta. The broccoli was very different and delightful. My husband had the seafood linguini and it was also very good. They gave us a wonderful peach cake for dessert for our anniversary. I found a new variety of wine I hope to find in the market. The atmosphere was lovely, the background music was great and it was in the background. Service was excellent. Overall a 4.5 out of 5.

John's used to be my favorite restaurant and We went there many times. Always fantastic food until this time. My husband and I both got food poisoning. We figured it had to be the salad or the blue cheese because the rest of the party we all ate the same thing.
I reached out to the restaurant and they said they would get back to me, and they never did.
I never heard anything from them about getting sick from their restaurant. I'm a nurse and I know that is what it was that made us sick.
It is very sad because it used to be my favorite restaurant.
I I hope they reach out to me.

This was our first visit for our 30th anniversary. We were not disappointed. Prices are somewhat high, but, what the heck, you only have one 30th anniversary. The food was wonderful. Although I would have liked a bit more halibut and a bit less pasta. My husband had the seafood linguini that was very tasty. The crab cake was great for the two of us. I was surprised to be paying for bread though. They served a delish peach cake for an anniversary treat. The service was great. The ambiance was delightful with great background music that was in the background. Overall a 4.5 out of 5.
Went to Dinner with a Party of four late April, I thought awhile before I wanted to write a review.
To keep it simple I won’t go back neither will anyone in our party. We drove up from Kirkland to celebrate an anniversary, the beef stroganoff was pretty much so the worst I have ever had. Three of the four meals were sent back as it was just too tough to eat and was room temperature at best.
Without going into details I have had far better beef stroganoff in a Costco bag.
Sorry I wasted my time and money I won’t be back hopefully you won’t as well.

A very delightful place I had not been to before. I have driven by it hundreds of times and now I won't just drive by...I'll stop. Food was exquisite, service was impeccable and I loved the atmosphere of being small and intimate but food with big flavor and awesome presentation!
