I switched our company from another local coffee service to Emerald Hills recently, after continuous service issues with the first company. Everyone I've met from their managers to their repair man are extremely nice and are genuinely concerned with offering the best possible service. I either get a hold of an actual human on the phone when I call, or receive a call or e-mail response immediately.
