If you’ve never tried this place…you’re missing out! Apparently they’ve been around for a while? The only downside is there’s some federal investigation regarding a large percentage of the milkshake machines always being broke down. Their online rewards program is unlike no other…I’ve literally recvd hundreds if not thousands of dollars in free food and discounts! Yearly monopoly game is a scam. In the end they’ll always be my #1!

I was disappointed with my visit to McDonald's on Saturday afternoon. The PlayPlace had been converted into a private birthday party area, and children who were not part of the party were not allowed to enter. My daughter was very disappointed as we specifically came for the PlayPlace. I believe the PlayPlace should be available to all McDonald's young customers, not exclusively reserved for private parties. Additionally, the service was poor - it took more than 20 minutes just to receive my order. Overall, this visit was quite frustrating. It would be much better if McDonald's kept a certain percentage of the PlayPlace open to the public even during birthday parties.

The drive-thru customer service is very poor. One of the employees is extremely disrespectful—she rushes me while placing my order, doesn’t allow me to finish, and ignores me when I try to speak. Instead, she repeatedly says, “See you at the window” in a rude manner.
