Right from the drive thru the lady was very impatient and did not ask what sauce we wanted. We asked about sauce and she said to just ask at the window, when we did she gave us the most annoyed face and gave us two for 2 10 piece nugget orders. When we left we saw that they randomly had put 5 sweet n sour packets and 2 tangy barbecue which were never asked for. The person in charge of handling money was great and so was the main person at the food window. But the person taking the order was not very nice.

After ordering the first window never opened (employee was on his phone and leaning on the window). Drove to the second window and was swiftly told to pull to a waiting spot after being handed my drink. I was waiting at the parking spot for awhile before having to flag down an employee who was serving another car waiting in a parking spot..about my order. I was told my order never was processed, got to drive through again and the employees acted as though their lack of proper proficiency was my fault. On top of terrible customer service, my food wasn’t warm.
