Absolutely love this place. The food is unbelievable fresh, flavorful, and delicious. The Chicken curry sauce especially puts a smile on my face

Updated:Appreciate the owner's reply. Some suggestions:1. I have been there several times and I've never seen the sign of this three dollars extra charge policy. Maybe the sign should be more visible so customers don't get surprised when they already grab the food2. It's not clear how much is too much. Right now it feels like it depends on the cashier's judgment. It would be helpful if the definition of "too much noodle and vegetable" can be written on the sign (if there is any)3. Order extra protein is 3 dollars more, and "took too much noodle and vegetable" is also 3 dollars. I don't think it's reasonable that noodle and vegetable are same cost as extra meat. This looks more like a message of "You did something wrong, we gonna charge you more.Original reviewMy wife went there for takeout and got charged three extra dollars because she "took too much". Was she supposed to put the food she took back? And also how much is too much? It is already a small bowl. I am surprised customers get the punishment of three dollars by fitting too much food into a small bowl. It's just noodles and vegetables, not even meat

I would enjoy this place better if they didn't add garlic when I specifically asked for NO garlic.

I always enjoy stopping here. Good food. Good service. Does anyone know what the “Chinese pickles “ are near area where oils and garlic are? I’d like to buy some.

Are you looking for mediocre, undercooked food at an over priced cost??? Or for staff that dreads your very existence when you walk in the door, will nickel and dime you for cabbage and noodles, and treat you with total disrespect? Then you've found the right restaurant! Also, if you're looking for staff that doesn't wash hands between cash handling and serving food then mmm MMMM!! THIS is a nice place to test the limits of your immune system! Are you attracted to their special 'Mongolian sauce' that's served with the meal? Then look no further! With 1/3cup of general Tso, 2 tablespoon of Sriracha chili garlic sauce, and 1-2 tablespoons of sweet and sour sauce, then heat in microwave, you can create a literal clone of their 'special sauce' recipe. Why spend 17$ and get treated like the bane of human existence when you can make this meal 10 times better at home and with less attitude. From the sweet tall Asian lady with a bob. You can tell she really loves to be there and loves her business (sarcasm) Buyers....beware!...unless ur into that...

Best thing about this place is they have a restroom. Had high hopes for this restaurant as I love Mongolian food. They charge if you get more than 5/6 of the veggies because it makes it “heaping” they only have 3 liquid sauces available fish, soy and sesame but only if requested. The rest of the sauces they have, which they add AFTER, the food is cooked are super sweet and lacking of flavor other than corn syrup. Rice is terrible, white or brown. Customer service is subpar. Grill was filthy even with very little customers. Gentleman on the grill, cleaned the grill as our food was on it…never seen that before. Overall 0-10 would not recommend. As appetizing as the food look $37 is way too expensive for two lunch entrees.

I enjoy the many vegetables choices available here for my plant strong way of life. Despite the covid barriers in place they are usually pretty quick to complete your order. Owner Terry and staff are very friendly. Equal service at both locations ?

My 6 year old daughter has very particular paler. On by this Sunday evening she insisted on having “teriyaki” for dinner, out of her normal.rotation : Mac n cheese, grilled cheese, cheese sandwich, Dino nuggets, cheese quesadilla, teriyaki chicken (don’t judge, every meal has the typical healthy veggies and proteins).. and the friendly owner greeted us upon walking into the restaurant, very kind and attentive to my daughter (she must be a mother), made us feel welcome. Chicken teriyaki and that’s it:. She prepared it perfectly for a 6 year old almost knowing the little idiosyncrasies a young kid has. It was the best chicken teriyaki WE have ever had… I had to steal a few bites, looked so fresh and tasty! Not overly teriyakish. ??

Customer service is all but present. Lady behind the counter was basically inept, poured soy sauce on my meal when I asked if she had Mongolian sauce. Then I was planning on sitting down to eat when she bagged it without asking. This place gave me half the food of the places I pay almost 3 dollars less at other Mongolian BBQs and it feels like the place has no atmosphere or soul compared to the other places I've been to (even the gentrified one in Kirkland).

Portion sizes are great! Dining in is a challenge due to long tables taking up space. Food was okay needed more seasoning, but you can add that later if you wish. Good experience overall.
