We love this place, they have so many vegan/vegetarian options than anywhere else I've seen and they're all really good. However, we were really disappointed to make an online order for pickup during open hours and arrived there to see they were closed. After getting in contact for a refund, we spoke to a very friendly person who said refunds would be issued but it never happened. We would have really liked to see better communication and our money back for the food...

The food is pretty good. better than the restaurant by QFC.
The service is very friendly. They opened up 5 minutes early because we misread the sign.
And the gal was so sweet. That is missing these days.
The atmosphere is about what you would expect for small restaurants.

Came here for a hearty meal after touring the Boeing factory and air museums to find what we were looking for! They have a clearly labeled vegan dish menu with extensive options. I opted for the vegan bento which was alright, but with their sauce, elevated the dish to a whole other level. The gyoza that comes with it also tasted like it had pork in it but the worker assured me it was veggie so it fooled me! I also tried a bit of the spicy mushroom tofu and realized that this place...
