We used to frequent this spot but it seems like they recently changed management. They seem to have kept most menu items and added a few more. FYI, they aren't serving mimosas anymore. The usual servers have also changed. Food is just okay at best, service is spotty, and the new tipping options are just horrendous (goes up to 40%!!!.) We will not be returning to this branch.

I have to say this place is nice and cozy and slower paced, a bit more peaceful than the Everett location. I do like the food a little better at the Everett so I think it's worth the wait when going there. I was able to get into the restaurant with a knee scooter with ease (Currently working with a broken ankle).

Talisa was the server and her happy attitude is infectious, in a good way. I hope I spelled her name correctly? Wonderful service, fair prices, clean establishment. Went to have some breakfast this morning before an interview and had a great experience! Food was delicious (biscuits and gravy), service was great, and even shared a few jokes with a couple customers at the breakfast bar. 100% will be back again!

Ordered a pick up order of loaded hashbrowns, well done. They were neither loaded nor well done and my side of bacon had a hair in the box. Ew. ?Had a dine in experience over the weekend that was great but the take out experience was horrendous.

Breakfast was over priced and mediocre. Had to refill our own coffee mugs with the poor service. Not only that, the tip option was a minimum of 20%. You had to select the tip before paying your bill.

If you are a fan of the most delicious morsels and savory breakfast items this side of the Milky Way Galaxy then you owe it to yourself to visit Patty’s Eggnest with an empty stomach. The bacon is the thickness of London broil and the waffles are on a whole new level. Highly recommend. The atmosphere is busy, for good reason, but be patient and give your server a good tip. The history of this restaurant chain is admirable and I will gladly bring my business back next time we are in the area. 5 stars.

We just moved to Mukilteo and we’re very pleased to find that there is a great breakfast place with great food and service (they serve lunch too). We visited early on a Sunday.We were greeted quickly and in a friendly fashion—water and coffee came quickly. The breakfast (and lunch) selections and specials were many and varied.I’d read the reviews and can say this place was great for us — in general, as we travel around, we notice things as we visit restaurants all around—I believe our database is well populated and informed. I rarely leave reviews and usually for the best.I can report that, in our experience, Patty’s is great and we’ll be back. Real maple syrup (with an upgrade charge, which is fine with me) was a rare treat. Why have great pancakes without great syrup? Nice!I believe the owners grandfather (?) was a veteran in WW2 (I like a family owned restaurant), and the entire team working this Sunday were super—caring how they did their job and they interacted pleasantly with the customers.Our choices: eggs (over medium and scrambled), bacon (nice size, thickness and done just right) and great pancakes (fluffy but with good texture — neither foamy nor rough—they were just right). We’ll try the various types of Hash next time.
