I ordered pizza to be delivered to me and the guy didn't know where I was located he called and said there are multiple buildings there and there is no door put on the address I gave up on getting my food not very happy doubt I will ever order from this Pizza Hut ever again I don't care if I have a credit there or not. Thanks for messing up my day. I was looking forward to enjoying pizza tonight

I orderd at 915 pm and the women told me it would be 25 minutes and 1in a half hours later no pizza $50 order never called me I called said it was closed recording that is and now no food will never order from them again

The manger here doesn't care about her employees, or customers and that has been made obvious. I can't support an establishment that will refuse move the schedule around for a family emergency when others have already agreed. It is awful practice and I will never eat here again until employees are treated like humans.

Had to wait about 5-10 min for someone to come to the front so I could pick up my carry-out order. The cookie wasn't cut, there was no drink carrier, and the pizza was thin and over cooked to the point we couldn't pull the slices apart. Save your money and try any other pizza place in the area.

What kind of place takes an order 50 mins before they close to call you back 10 mins later and say they don't have a delivery driver? The kid who called sounded like he hadn't hit puberty yet, they need some adults running this joint. Terrible customer service, go somewhere else.

Horribly unprofessional they failed to even deliver the food charged us for the food that was delivered and WOULD not refund the money.... after spending hours trying to get our money they have still yet to give the food or money back this is theft clear and simple
