Red Cork Bistro & Catering

Our food and the price definitely made this a five-star experience. We split five small plates and our food was delicious and beautiful. That said, this restaurant is in a strip mall and the decor did not match the elegance of the food. I think, for some people, that actually might be a plus – Red Cork feels like the kind of place you could be a regular at. But, in my opinion, decor is half the experience of going out, hence giving this restaurant 4 stars.

Red Cork has become one of our absolute favorite restaurants, a place we keep coming back to for date nights, holidays, and special occasions. It has become part of our routine because the experience is consistently outstanding and we trust that whatever we order will be excellent.

The steaks here are unmatched. The filet mignon is tender, rich, and cooked with the kind of precision that makes it unforgettable. My personal go to is the airline chicken, which I would call the most immaculate piece of chicken ever constructed. It is flavorful, perfectly cooked, and always satisfying.

One of the things we admire about Red Court is the rotating special menus. Every time they introduce something new it feels intentional and carefully thought out, and we have never been disappointed. In fact, part of the fun is knowing we can try something different and still be blown away. They once had a hummus plate that was so good we still ask about it in hopes it makes its way back to the menu. That dish in particular showed how even a simple idea can be elevated into something memorable here.

The atmosphere strikes a perfect balance between refined and comfortable. It feels upscale enough for a holiday celebration yet relaxed enough for a casual date night. The staff is attentive, welcoming, and always makes us feel like valued guests.

We have recommended Red Court to friends and family and they have all had the same experience we have had. It is the kind of restaurant you can recommend without hesitation, knowing it will deliver. Everything from the food to the service to the overall vibe makes it clear this is a place that takes pride in excellence.

We had the chicken parmesan and it was really tasty. The service was great too, thank you.

Was looking for something different and this fit the bill. Good expansive wine selection. Small plates and good bites. I had the lamb sliders and it was like a mini gyros. The seasoned potatoes were delicious but could have used an aioli or something. Friend had the chicken Parm dinner and it was good. Friendly welcoming service it was a nice find.

We stopped in for a final meal before ending our brief getaway to Whidbey Island and heading back to the airport. The food was outstanding! It was simple and yet elegant with dishes that burst with flavor! Thr restaurant itself is cozy. What MADE our meal was the outstanding service of Hannah! She is full of spice and personality and made our experience fun and filled with laughter! Highly recommend!

I had an amazing experience with Red Cork Bistro!
A few months ago, my husband and I went to the Red Cork for a date night... after a delicious dinner, we tried their coconut cake and absolutely fell in love with it. It was so good, I knew I had to have it for my son's birthday. I called on a Friday, needing a last-minute birthday cake for Sunday, and he (the owner ) and his staff went above and beyond, on their day off, to make it happen. Not only did they come through, but they did it with kindness and professionalism. It’s rare to find such genuine and reliable service. So grateful, and I will definitely be back. Highly recommend!

The food was delicious but the price was really high. Lamb sliders and a small dish of potatos,market fish with a couple of broccolini, a cup of chower, ice tea, and sparkling pear water. $75 before the tip! Taxes are ridiculous too

This one of our favorite places. Small and intimate with outstanding food. The staff is top notch. Would highly recommend! If you plan on a weekend you’ll want to make reservations.

Red Cork is amazing. The food is always perfect with great flavor. And Adrian is an amazing owner. A friendly face everytime we go in.

This place is great. The food is yummy. They need a new location, it is quite small. They have some outside seating, which is nice, but you are still in a parking lot. For the nice sit-down restaurant it is, this just doesn't match. They are very nice and the service is great. I would recommend eating here.

Food was good, celebrated my birthday. The server told me I get to pick a dessert for my birthday. What I didn’t know is I would be charged for it. It felt very bait and switch. Especially since many restaurants comp dessert. If it’s not free just say so. I probably would have bought it anyways.

We rented this place for a company Christmas party, it was perfect! Service was prompt and friendly. The food was AMAZING! The chicken skewers were especially delicious, but truly everything we ate was exquisite. We will be back again :)

I ordered the Poblano corn chowder soup which had to be the best I've ever tasted. Also had the cranberry sweet potato salad. Also excellent!

This is the best restaurant in Mukilteo, small personal atmosphere and great food and wine selection. If you need a cocktail they creative ones on the menu, but can get you a staple just as easy.
