We rented this place for a company Christmas party, it was perfect! Service was prompt and friendly. The food was AMAZING! The chicken skewers were especially delicious, but truly everything we ate was exquisite. We will be back again :)

I ordered the Poblano corn chowder soup which had to be the best I've ever tasted. Also had the cranberry sweet potato salad. Also excellent!

This is the best restaurant in Mukilteo, small personal atmosphere and great food and wine selection. If you need a cocktail they creative ones on the menu, but can get you a staple just as easy.

We had Red Cork cater our wedding and it was the best food ever! I work at a lot of wedding so I’ve had all sorts of catering and Red Cork is by far the best food I’ve had at a wedding. We even frozen some of the leftover from the wedding and got to enjoy the food all over again! Definitely go to their restaurant or hire them to cater your event!

I love the intimate local vibe here at #REDCorkBistro. The food was excellent. Richard really enjoyed his steak (actually was a Fillet mignon) which was perfectly served with grill marks on each l/r side, top, bottom and yet was a fabulous medium rare inside. Accompanied by grilled asparagus and excellent mashed potatoes. I had the Beef Stroganoff which was a double Yummy goodness. With perfectly tender skirt steak pieces in a an extraordinary cream sauce with at three different mushrooms to be overly good richness served covered a pene pasta. Pasta held up considering the thick rich sauce. We each had a glass of pinot nois from Oregon which was lighter than expected. Wine needed more breathing.

I dont usually rant or rave about restaurants but the stroganoff, clams, and cheesy bread is possibly the best meal ive eaten in over a decade, seriously, like jesus christ. Eat here. Its worth every penny, hell they mightve undercharged ?
