Easily the best quality of sushi outside Seattle/Bellevue.
As a sushi purist the quality of the fish, temperatures of fish/rice, and selection are paramount. Even their non sushi offerings are worth giving a shot.
Locally owned and operated by a Japanese family my experience here has been reminiscent of actually visiting Japan.

Have always had great sushi here but last week I had my usual sushi and it was very disappointing. The avocado was hard, the seaweed wrap was unchewable and the rice was so sticky and dry. It just wasn’t fresh or the usual standard.
