They mess my drink up constantly weather it’s a mistake on the sticker being run up or the barista making the drink… I ordered a London fog once and the milk wasn’t steamed so it was just a barley warm milk tea, I always ask for no toffee in the oleato and even if it says there’s none on the sticker it always ends up in the drink anyways, I feel like my drink is right about 20% of the time. A little frustrating when you’re spending at least $6-8 per drink.

There's a lady in there that doesn't like when I order the pistachio + hands me some drip coffee and milk for $6, no sugar, no spice, nothing nice. Had to get the drink remade down the road.Everyone else has been nice.

Had a hot cocoa and burnt my tongue. But aside from that, it was great! Excellent service and short wait time. I sometimes come here to study because of the calm vibes. All in all, 4.5 stars.
Reliable Starbucks fare and great response to online ordering. Unfortunately the music in the seating area is customer hostile.

I know this review probably won’t be read but I’m still writing it anyways. Like many people I go to Starbucks regularly, I visit whichever location is convenient at the time. I HAVE NEVER SEEN SUCH A DIRTY STARBUCKS. IT WAS DISGUSTING. Almost every table had food and drink marks as well as actual trash (indoor and outdoor tables). Both bathrooms were messy, toilet paper, seat covers, paper towels all over the place. If you look behind the counter, by just peeking through the walkway you can see food and trash all over the floor where the employees are working. I was SHOCKED. I mean you would think a place like mukilteo would take more pride in their environment. Anyways I’m not blaming the employees, they’re probably understaffed, it’s a busy location but gosh it sure was rough.

This was a great, quick stop on our way out of town on a road trip. Besides coffee, we had pumpkin bread & chocolate croissants.Kid-friendliness: They're ready to make a small, kid-sized, cup of apple cider or "hot" cocoa ?
