Went through the drive-thru to have a customary holiday pumpkins spice frappuccino server was very friendly. Drinks or very disappointing for the price flat tasting, lots of ice no flavor tis the season to be jolly blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah. Over $13 with tax for two grande blah!!! Didn't even get a holiday cup!

I ordered a Vente Latte and what I got was less than a Vente size. My cup was filled 1" below the rim. You can feel it when picking it up that it was not filled up all the way. When I ask for them to please fill the cup, I get looks and sometimes attitude. If I wanted a grande, I would have ordered it but to pay for Vente and get grande, that is not ok.

Walked into an empty place, other than a couple seated with their bevvies. The poor guy was running the drive thru, register and bar. The gal was stocking paper towels and napkins at a leisurely pace. No hand hygiene between stocking and coming over to make one of me drinks. She was unhelpful and unprofessional. Super unimpressive, Starbucks.

My wife and I frequently visit this Starbucks location because we enjoy the pleasant atmosphere and quality coffee. However, our experience today was exceptionally disappointing.
Upon arriving, we struggled to find anyone willing to take our order, there were 5 people just standing right there in the corner I wasn’t sure if a manager was there. When we finally received our drinks, the coffee was served in the wrong size. We politely requested an exchange, but instead of an apology, we were met with an unprofessional and rude attitude from the staff member.
This incident has left us questioning the standard of customer service at this location. We hope this feedback is taken seriously, as we have always valued the experience here.
Starbucks consistently delivers a great coffee experience. The drinks are always delicious and made to order, with a wide variety of options to suit any taste. The atmosphere is cozy and inviting, perfect for working, meeting friends, or simply relaxing. The baristas are friendly and efficient, ensuring quick service even during busy times. The availability of free Wi-Fi and comfortable seating makes it an ideal spot to spend some time. Highly recommend Starbucks for a reliable and enjoyable coffee break!

Plenty of “workstation” aka stable tables and chairs for remote work. Easy to find outlet to charge your laptop and phone. A nice place to work or read in a “rural” neighborhood.
