I come here almost every other day, sometimes in the morning and sometimes in the afternoon. I’ve noticed a significant difference in both customer service and coffee quality depending on the time of day. Mornings tend to be much better—the staff is friendlier, and the coffee is consistently well made. In the afternoons, however, the service can feel rushed and the coffee quality noticeably drops. I hope the management can work on bringing the afternoon experience up to the same standard as the morning shift, specifically on Tuesday.

The worst Starbucks experience I've ever had. I was the only one in line and waited for a couple of minutes before I started timing. 5 minutes later I got brief ey contact from a batista that was signing out for her break. That was my entire interaction. Absolutely terrible. I left without coffee. I was beyond stunned.

It's rare to go to a Starbucks that isn't consistent, and this is no exception. You know what you'll get because it's the same at all of them. I am not a fan of tip requests at the paypoint. It makes me feel obligated or guilty if I say no. This is a huge corporation that can give raises if they feel their employees deserve more.

This place was super dirty I have pictures of trash on the floor that nobody would pick up including the manager he tried kicking it into the corner only finally picked it up when he noticed I was looking. I plan to send the pictures to corporate it's so dirty on the floor so very dirty the bathrooms dirty. They were not friendly , I doubt if I will ever return.

Wonderful caring staff at this Starbucks! We came in for a quick stop, and noticed two scared but friendly pitties wandering the parking lot. The staff were nice enough to call 911 and provide the dogs with water and pup cups, helping them be safe until the cop arrived.
Ms Shelby Rae was amazing. Fixed a drink another starbucks butchered, with the utmost kindness and quickness. Best drink I've had she's stunning new standards. Thank you!

Forgot to make my sandwich and my coffee was set by the drive thru window and sat for a couple of minutes. I wouldn't have minded if they used that time to hear my breakfast

I usually come here for coffee and the staff is always nice—except for today. The cashier's customer service was terrible. She was moody, didn’t prepare the Pike coffee order, and didn’t bother to heat up the food I ordered, even though there was no line in the store. Instead, she was just walking around holding the sandwich basket rack, despite the ovens clearly not being busy.
The girl at the drive-thru was busy handling her own station, so the cashier had no excuse not to heat up the food. I understand if things are hectic, but this wasn’t the case. It’s frustrating when a customer is standing there waiting and getting ignored.
When I confronted her about the food not being heated, she claimed it was in the oven—but only one sandwich was in there, even though both were the same and could’ve easily been heated together.
Overall, her attitude was very rude and unprofessional. I won’t be coming back for coffee if she’s working. There are usually some really great people here, but this one person definitely ruined the experience.

I had two very different experiences at this Starbucks just a day apart. On Sunday, the customer service was excellent—the person taking my order was warm, attentive, and made the visit genuinely enjoyable. I even left a good tip, feeling appreciated as a customer.
However, Monday was a complete contrast. The staff member taking my order seemed disinterested and curt, which left me feeling more like a bother than a guest. The shift in tone from one day to the next was so stark, it felt like going from heaven to hell.
Consistency in customer service is important, and I hope the team can work on maintaining that great Sunday energy every day.

Typically I visit there during morning time on the way to work or long drive during the weekend. Typically less waiting time. Customer service could be better (ie. lacking acknowledgement of your presence). I order mostly latte from here.

You truly made my day! On Wednesday morning, I ordered a drink before heading to the office. The day before had been exhausting—I was busy working, studying for an exam, and only got two hours of sleep.
I didn’t notice the drawing until I arrived at work, but when I saw it, I couldn’t help but laugh. It was such a cute and thoughtful gesture that brought me a moment of joy. I know how busy you all were serving customers, yet you still took the time to create this. On top of that, the drink was absolutely fantastic!
