employee was upset I ordered majority of blended drinks through the drive-thru instead of the mobile app. instead of politely bringing it to my attention that it would be a smoother process through the app, the employee was sarcastic about her words with me. I apologize I have the app but don’t use it often?? & I also had ONLY cash so wasn’t too sure if I could still order on the app if I was paying cash. I’d say learn how to coach rather than be smart with your customers. Thanks.

This place is legit like such good mango dragonfruit lemonades, it’s the only thing I get to if you want that definitely get it. Your body mind and soul will be empowered by the delicious sweetness that rushes down your throat.

This is an unfortunate Starbucks to go into if you have any business to work on. The drinks are the same as every other Starbucks, so my complaint doesn't sit with the product.The issue lies in the staff and ambiance. The staff seems more interested in talking to each other over actually helping customers, and the wait time has reflected that. As for the ambiance, I have been unable to successfully conduct business here over the past month. The outlets don't work, and the music is so outrageously loud that I couldn't have a phone call or an interview without having to repeat everything multiple times. Every Starbucks makes average coffee, but the experience here is pretty rough.
