It's a nice place but today 6th of October 2025 at around 2 pm , me and a family member experienced terrible customer service at this place 9999 Harbour PL Ste 102 Mukilteo. It started with a simple question about the Ham they had for sandwiches and she being rude didn't give a straight forward answer, and was rambling about how she worked there for 19 years or something like that... Why work in customer service if you can't serve the customers. Quit your job . Find another job that makes you happy. The other Mexican lady there was real sweet. She served us well. That poor Mexican woman needs someone else aside from that white woman there who is her boss .... Even the Mexican woman looked like she was upset at her behavior because it was giving her a bad look. Terrible 😔 service. Terrible. No excuses for that kind of behavior.

I dont usually write a review unless it deserves it and respectfully subway was one of the last places I'd thought I'd write a review for, however it was the service that stole the show. Natasha I believe is her name remembered me from a prior visit and remembered my order and for some reason (maybe in my own head) when she makes them just taste that much better, highly recommend you go this subway during Natasha's shift. Good sandwiches and even better service

ordered ahead and when i picked up the sandwich and opened it up it was falling apart and the bread was sliced open on the top, mis shaping the sandwich. The ingredients were also lacking as there was 40% spinach. it was a soupy, messy, salad.

This location is always out of most of their chip varieties. If you have to have chips with your sandwich, I recommend going to a different location unless you like Miss Vicky’s jalapeño chips which is usually the only kind they ever have on their shelf.

Four stars is as high as I go for a franchise. That said, food is good as always. Great service from a Hawaiian looking dude. He was exceptionally cool, calm and collected, despite having six or seven orders yet to be made.

Ordered a couple subs online was charged for them and the app told me to pick-up my food it was ready but the store was closed at 8:15pm even though Google says open until 9pm.

This is a small Subway tucked into a small out of the way strip mall...but for Mukilteo residents it's an excellent place to order/eat your sandwiches. Service is fast. It's uncrowded.
