First order never showed up. When I called the lady had customers in the store so she couldn't help me. Order didn't get refunded. So I figure I'll take it up with door dash. Place another order on their website it takes money from my account again but the order doesn't go through. Now I'm out over $60 with nothing from subway. I'm leaving this review because this isn't the only time I have talked to the older lady and she has been like well that's not our problem. Unprofessional and I will not be ordering from you ever again.

Ordered a sandwich through the subway app. I never received my sandwich. When I called to ask for a refund they told me they cannot process my refund and that I need to call subway customer service which is non existent. I was prompted to fill out a form and never heard back about my refund.

While we have had this issue before, this was the first time that the person behind the counter made a big deal about correcting an error that they made. Not impressed, and will not be ordering from this location again (which is unfortunate since it’s my son’s favorite).
