The staff is awesome! I would definitely recommend stay
Stay os 3 days requested room service on day 2, per instructions at 8:00 am. Retuned at 8:00 pm no service done: garbage still here, dirty towels still on floor, bed unmade. Of course not hot breakfast due to covid.
How about a discount of 25% for partial service? You reduce service & amenities, you should reduce the price.
My fiancé booked a jacuzzi room to propose to me in. At 3pm the day of our stay the hotel informed him that room was not available due to a broken jacuzzi. No problem, we were offered an upgraded room for the same price, no jacuzzi but whatever. We get there, he proposes, was perfect, and get ready for bed eventually.
