It’s a great location, easy to get to the ferry to Whidbey, not too far from Bellingham, and then to Vancouver. We were told it will be undergoing a renovation starting in November, which it needs. It’s not awful, just tired. Definitely needs USB ports installed. We did think the price for breakfast was high. We know prices have gone up, but for we got it was pricey. Ivar’s in Mukliteo was fabulous, great food, wonderful ambiance on the water, and a very friendly staff.
Worst experience ever. If I could rate this hotel zero stars I would. The customer service was terrible. They kicked a kids baseball team out of the pool and Maude ever else mad and shut down the pool. The staff was also following us around and spying on usThere hotel staff is bad also .
Worst hotel experience ever. 7/21/23 Hilton Garden inn Seattle North Everett. I spent $382 for 1 night. It starts out they call me at 1:00 and they're like do you need two beds I'm like yes we need two beds that was my reservation. I confirmed that they had a room available for a travel companion because my daughter's service dog was going to be with her and her friend, I then confirmed check in time and check out time check-in time was supposed to be 3:00 p.m. check out 11:00 a.m.. my daughter and her friend get there at 3:00 p.m. they are told there is no room available yet for them, they have to pay in an additional $75 for a service dog and they're left there to wait in the lobby. At 4:30 I call because at this point my daughter is hungry they're tired of sitting in a lobby and I asked what time they can get into their room. At this point they're like when we get it clean. I let them know my daughter has health needs and she really needs to eat and lay down and they tell her to go get something to eat and go to the beach or something and they will call her when her room is ready. By 6:00 p.m. the room is still not ready I call again I asked him if they're going to make any concessions for the room being so late the front desk lady tells me no. I have to talk to a manager and I said are you going to give the kids any concessions that their room is still not ready by 6:00 p.m. 3 hours after checking can they stay late, the manager proceeds to tell me no I'm like well can you give a discount on the room she tells me no it's because I'm already making concessions by letting them stay. I asked her how are you making concessions and she wouldn't tell me how she was making any concessions. Then she said I don't think they're 21 and I'm like both of them are 21 and they have ids to prove it . She was I didn't verify it myself so I'm making concessions. I was like ma'am the front desk has already looked at both their ids. My daughter and her friend were not able to get into their hotel room till 9:00 p.m. they get to their room it's not fully cleaned had to order cleaning supplies from doordash for them to spray down the toilet the counters it was disgusting. My daughter got into her room 6 hours late the room wasn't even clean I spent $400 for this and I was charged for a service animal. The Hilton has definitely gone downhill.
There were 4 people registered to stay there, 2 adults, 2 kids. There were only 3 towels in the room. I requested extra towels twice in person over two hours and never received them. When I told them at check out I was advised they were still washing them. We got in late at night so I had a 200/night room for twelve hours. Usual complementary breakfast that I get when I stay at hotels was 16$ per person. When my son went to take a shower, the shower curtain holder fell on him and the plastic screw holder was deteriorated. So again for 200/night, half of us didn’t even get to take a shower.
The hotel is well run …friendly helpful front desk, immaculate spacious room, proximity to airport. We had a long day and just decided to eat in their restaurant, our most excellent and friendly Wait was Kelsie. The food was delicious. I love getting fresh salmon and my daughter and granddaughter enjoyed the pasta with veggies.
This Hilton hotel unit offers overall a pleasant and comfort stay. Good service from the people that take care of the customers. There are only a few minor items that could be improved, like a more equipped gym room.
I had cob salad here.Actually, it tasted good and I enjoyed it.I didn’t expect that the hotel meal would be good but I’m glad that I chose to come.
Hilton Garden Inn Seattle North Everett provides excellent hotel accommodations and services! Very friendly staff, clean rooms, very nice view of Airport! This hotel has very nice swimming pool, jacuzzi and decent fitness center!
We did not feel that we had any privilege that a Hilton Honors Diamond member should expect during our stay. - It appeared that only a few rooms were occupied when we arrived, but we did not receive any room upgrade. Also, all designed parking spaces for Diamond members were occupied while the rest of the parking lot was practically empty. - Immediately after we entered out room, someone used a key card and opened our room door. Although it turned out to be a housekeeping staff, but that creeped us out very much. - I called the hotel before I made the reservation and confirmed (with the staff named Heather) that we would have complimentary breakfasts for every night as a Diamond member. But when we checked in we were told that it was actually the daily credit rather than the actual breakfasts. That was a big disappointment. - When we made the reservation we requested daily housekeeping service. But when we checked with the front desk staff the first night that their system did not show our request. Fortunately we caught that in time and asked the staff to reflect our request in the system, and we did have the housekeeping services as requested. - Our breakfast experience at the restaurant was horrible. The waitress did not even greet us, even after I approached her and mentioned we were sitting at a table. Then, one person walked in and sat at another table and she immediately brought him juice and coffee while she continued ignoring us. I then walked to the front desk and reported my situation and the front desk staff went to talk with the waitress. After that, the waitress still decided not to come to our table. I approached to her again and asked how we could order our breakfast. She then took our order and we finally could have a normal breakfast from that on. - A couple days after our stay, I reviewed the final statement and saw that some daily credits were missing. I called the hotel and the staff (Natasha) admitted the error, and said she would correct it so that it would be reflected in my credit card. But the overcharge has not been refunded to me.
The hotel is the best choice for those will go to The future of flight or Boeing factory. It is very silent, clean. The breakfast is good but basic. The bed is very comfortable. The staff are very attentive specially Alfredo that receive us in the morning with a smile.

My spouse and I stayed here for our 10 year anniversary and our expectations were exceeded by the amazing professional and friendly staff as well as the amenities this hotel offered! The food was delicious, and the hotel store had everything we could ask for, including a delicious bottle of wine for the occasion! Thank you for such a memorable experience, and we will certainly be back!
Before I even arrived at the hotel I experienced VIP service by phone. Upon arrival, it seemed that all the staff knew how important I was (that’s how they made me feel!)! The hotel is clean and feels upscale. The cafe breakfasts were very good! I would go back in a heartbeat!
The location of this hotel to our job was great, The desk staff was great, my room was very good, only issue with my room was the window needed too be replaced, the seal between the glass was bad and you couldn't see out of the window. I was facing the runways and couldn't see the planes
I was disappointed with the paper-thin walls -- I could easily hear conversations and the TV from the guests next door both nights I stayed. In addition, I noticed dust buildup in out-of-view areas of the room.
We had a great experience starting with the warm courteous welcome even though we did not have a prior booking. Our room - opposite the Airport Runway, was a dream-come true from one of my family member. We will surely stay here next time.
