It is a very cute stand, and the espresso is pretty good! However, I’ve came to this stand a few times and didn’t receive the best service. As somebody who has worked coffee for a few years I usually like to talk to my customers. At this stand they take my order and run away and I don’t see them until it’s time to pay. They will say have a good day and hello but it’s not much past that. I feel awkward calling them back to the window if I forgot to ask for an extra shot or ice.. ):

I used to come by for a coffee every morning. I had to stop because the quality of my drink was a miss at least every other day. Spending $6-8 just to toss my coffee half the time is wasteful. And the stand is not close to me either, so unfortunately I had to look for another coffee stand. I now stop by maybe once or twice a month. I do want to mention the coffee that I got this morning (double iced half-caf vanilla americano with almond milk) was delicious! It wasn’t watery or taste burnt or just off. I rarely finish my drink but today I was surprised when I looked down at my drink and realized it was all gone! It kind of makes me want to make the drive every morning again to get my coffee here, but I know that the taste will depend on who’s making it. I don’t know if it’s worth making the trip and waiting in the long line every morning just to see who’s making the coffee that morning.

Whidbey Coffee is a tasty treat for me and my Fiancee, we enjoy swinging by for breakfast or lunch. The staff is always sweet and easygoing and it's also one of the better places to get coffee in WA.

The coffee isn’t as strong as I like mine to be but it was good. I had an iced caramel mocha. The customer service was AMAZING! I was met with a smile and all of my questions answered happily! The drink hand off was completed with “Have a nice day.” I’ll be back because of the service!

Got coffee, hot cocoa and mocha around 4:00 pm, all the 5 drinks tasted like warm water, no coffee flavor, absolutely tasteless. Such a waste of money and time, should have gone to Starbucks just a few yards away.
