i loved i was there the other day and my mom is really picky with her sweetness and they fixed multiple times with no charge until she liked it

I extremely loved the brown sugar bubble tea ❤️❤️❤️ and the bubble waffle was crunchy and delicious 😋

My go to is their classic ruby milk tea with coffee jelly.
Love that they have such a wide selection to choose from (my kids love their fruit teas)! There's also spam musubi, mochi donuts and the most beautiful fresh farm flower bouquets available for purchase!

They always make their drinks consistent and also make a good coffee with coconut cream.
They do allow for adjusting the sweetness and have a good variety
The bubble waffles are always perfectly done and warm.
Great tea and service.
Quick service and they are hosting a toy drive where you get 1 free drink at drop off.
