The drinks here are delicious! I’m a very indecisive person and there was a wide variety of drinks on the menu, but one of the workers was very patient and helped me! DIY Tea Lab’s drinks are solid, the best in Newcastle but their customer service is what makes the special! All of the workers are so kind, especially Nyla, who is very welcoming.
This is a very lovely mill tea shop - love the atmosphere! Really enjoyed the musubi and classic milk tea. Highly recommend
The spam musubi here is absolutely delicious! A huge shoutout to Lan, who was extremely friendly and helpful—she has such a great smile and made the visit wonderful. I also ordered the brown sugar with whole milk, and it tasted amazing. Highly recommend!
The best boba in Newport height and Newcastle. Incredible staff. Great drinks. I would drive an hour for this boba.

We came here during a cupsleeve event and this business did a great job making sure the event smoothly for those who wanted to order. First, they even made two drinks for the event which were tasty and gorgeous. It was a bit rocky at first as the event started but after going through the flow, they were able to figure out to ensure customers got a receipt to know what number they were when they called out order numbers. They did have a bunch of musubi out but there was one left by the time I left as I was still inside to check out the artists' booth that were set up inside. The store is on the smaller side so just be aware! The space looked clean and organized. The staff here were friendly and professional.
They are also dog friendly as I emailed them and they emailed back that well-behaved and leashed dogs were welcome.
awesomeness in Boba! We like coming here for a fun treat. It is especially cool that after a while they recognize you and can make a favorite drink!
