I’ve been getting takeouts here once or twice a month for the past 2 years, and i always make the same order: pork belly bites. It’s SO yummy. The only problem is INCONSISTENCY in the quality. Out of the dozens of times I’ve ordered the same dish, some were exceptionally excellent in taste and quality, most were normal, and some were bad🙁. For example, sometimes I get both my sauces but sometimes (like today) I got no sauce☹️; sometimes the meat is sooo tender and delicious but sometimes (like last time I ordered) the meat is very rough and impossible to chew like it’s old food from earlier in the day; sometimes the chips are amazing and I scrape the bottoms of the bag for the last bite but sometimes (like today) my chips are stale. By how many times I’ve eaten this dish you jut have to trust that I am their pork belly bites connoisseur. I will continue to order this because I’m obsessed with it, and I will continue to tip the staffs because they are nice and helpful. But I’d like the restaurant to be aware of their inconsistency, and I really hope they won’t change the price/taste/portion of this dish.

Came here for dinner with some friends the other night and overall had a great experience, just like other reviews suggest. The staff was super friendly, and the food was amazing. The only thing that bothered me was when we were seated, the host offered chips and salsa (which I know are complimentary) and then asked if we wanted guacamole as well. The way it was phrased made it seem like it might also be complimentary, so it was frustrating to see an $8 charge for guacamole on the bill. That said, I’d still come back. It’s a bit pricey—our bill was $75 for two entrées and guacamole, no drinks—but worth it for the food.

Excellent margaritas, fajitas are crazy not to mention the delicious lamb. The atmosphere is cozy and suitable for both families and dates.
If you decide to visit, don't forget to try their homemade guacamole and shrimp fajitas, two of their most popular recommendations.

Amazing service here! The staff is so accommodating and kind. When I called and asked for a bean and cheese burrito, which is my ultimate comfort food, they told me they didn’t have that on the menu but they would happily make it for me anyways. To me, this is the true meaning of above and beyond.
Also, they give complimentary chips and salsa, which just adds to what a warm and kind restaurant atmosphere Loco Chon created.
Since this incredible experience, I’ve come here and tried their brunch too, which was so delicious, I loved the breakfast burrito.

The food here is absolutely DELICIOUS. Fresh and flavorful! If you’re used to typical family style Mexican restaurants this place is a little different and some might enjoy a more typical spot but the quality here is top notch.
Their meat is so tender and perfectly seasoned. Unique items like squid, burger pork belly and ahi tuna tacos. I’ve tried almost everything and love it all!
My favs: steak chilaquiles, traditional carne asada, pork belly bites, THE BURGER, pollo asado, wings and the mexi burrito.
Parking: Garage parking on 1st level for retail customers or 2hr parking out front

We LOVE Loco Chon and try to time our visits to get our favorite waiter, Benito. The service is always fantastic and the food is beyond excellent. New additions are on the menu and we have enjoyed several while still able to get our old favorites. The Classic Carne Asada is my go to. It's one of the most expensive things on the menu, but absolutely worth it. It's often 2 or 3 meals for me. You get a very tender, fantastically seasoned, huge cut of steak with ridiculously delicious mushrooms and crispy cottage fries. No matter what you get there, you can't go wrong.

Don’t sleep on this place. Best Mexican food in Bellevue by far. Great tequila bar too!
