Often gave me expire happy meal gifts from previous offerings
They do not have their store open timings up to date. It shows open and we drove to this store and no one responded at the drive through. However everything seems to be in running mode like menu, lights etc. Many customers were waiting asking with us were confused and left after waiting for someone

Great food, great people... But God.... It always stinks in there like dirty mop or dirty bathrooms. I think they need to invest in a new mop. I live in the apartments in the back so I go here here and there and every time it smells.

Sandwich was stupid. Couldn't change it so I cried outside in the rain for the rest of the day but no one could tell I was crying because it was raining and I was really wet.

Terrible service, false advertising things they aren't selling there. I simply asked for two sausage mcmuffins and they couldn't even get that right.
The old lady who works here and speaks Spanish is very rude and unprofessional. She has no manners at all. Terrible customer service — she shouldn’t be working with people. Many people complain about it, as I understand it.

Service is bad. The employees ignored my presence. They just chatted happily and kept customers waiting.
Watched the girl take off the time stickers on my pies and then put new ones on. Came thru at 11:30 and they look like they were made at 9am. Now the sticker said it would be good to sell until almost 2:30. Does it look like this would be edible at 2pm? It doesn't even look edible now.
We had an error with our order getting switched with another and the staff were really amazing and kind in making it right. Thank you! The woman working at the front was especially helpful!

How hard is it to ask a customer if the food is 'for here or to go? That's if they even look up at the counter to acknowledge you . McDonald's used to be a fun place but thanks to the type of people they hire, not hust this location either, McDonald's is seldom a good experience...can we just hire robots already? Robots would treat people better than these employees here and at other locations do
Cardboard environment, kiosk ordering and food tastes like cardboard. Damn, they could at least put some salt on the fries so it had SOME flavor!
It's a full service McDs, but has order accuracy issues at times.
It can also have an indirect way in or out depending on how you approach or your destination
Really very poor service from everyone in this location, especially the front people. My partner was ignored 5 times for just asking a cup for water and no one gave him or even say anything but ignored him until my partner decided to just go. Not a good place to dine in if service is like that. Slow and ignores customers intentionally. Sorry not sorry. Teach your staff not to ignore customers. Disappointing staff service. Frustrating.
They forgot my quarter pounder with bacon i gave my kids food and went to grocery store realized they didnt put my food in they wouldnt give me the burger they forgot told me i took to long to realize my burger wasn’t in bag way to get over on
