Ordered a pizza online. Went inside to pick it up. They almost dropped it out of the oven. The guy barely caught it before it fell. Lady had to pick some sort of greens off of it before cutting it. Then when I got to the car it didn’t have any of the meat I ordered.
We eat here regularly. Rarely have any problems and always have enjoyed the food and people.My biggest complaint is with whoever designed the buildings and grounds. The parking lot is a joke.

My wife & I love MOD pizza - we buy one every week at the Newcastle store, and we've been doing this for over a half dozen years. MOD has had some excellent team members at Newcastle over the years, and the VERY BEST are the team there right now - Jacob and Mark. Totally know what they're doing, and they are so friendly besides!
