Tried to place an online order through the app at 7:30 PM. App was not accepting orders or not working. Got to the store location by 7:40 PM and they told me that they weren’t accepting any more orders? The store closes at 8 PM.

Normally I don't review papa Murphy's as it's usually ok but tonight it was dreadful from coal Creek parkway, it didn't taste like it had red sauce on it and omg it was smothered with herbs so much so that when it was cooked the pizza was black you couldn't see the cheese or pepperoni or taste it for the herbs. It tasted awful so disappointed.

Slow service and messed up my order. Waited 30 minutes for an online order that was placed 20 mins before that.Also, make sure your hours online match the sign on your building. They don’t currently!

I don't like nail clippings in my pizza.I ordered 2 puzzas and got this nice surprise. Yucky. Looks like a toenail.I bit down on it and pulled it put of mouth. I'm so revolted, I even tipped! Omg!

First time ordering their pizza- Followed the instruction included and after 5 minutes in the oven at 315F the pizza was totally burned on top and inner layer is still raw. Called the store and the guy who was in charge said there is nothing he can do and there was something wrong with our oven. Worst experience ever!!! Don’t waste your money here!

If you want pizza for dinner you should place your order in the morning. Slowest staff ever. Pizza is consistently 20-30 minutes late.

Both pizza's I got burned in the oven, or actually the tray burned in the same oven I've been using all this time and burned the pizza and I burned my arm to thinking there was something else burning. I've tried their pizzas before and always had average results for the price paid. I didn't mind paying $10.00 for something I had to again bake and cook. For $13.00 and up, it shouldn't burn. It turns out that they got the baking trays from a new supplier and some randomly burn. I had to go all the way back to this location to get a refund because who's eating pizza every 3 days? They didn't even apologize or offer anything. It doesn't matter...not trying that again.

Should had noticed it was take and bake shop, was surprises when our order was ready in 5 mins. It was basically uncooked pizza ready for take and bake. Took it as a chance to try something new, pizza turned out decent overall.
