They don't bother to enforce the mask policy at all. Each time i come into this place, about 2/3rds of the customers there have their masks off. I get it if they're drinking coffee but for the most part they are not and they are reading a book or working on their laptop or something else that could clearly be done with their mask on.This location is straight up unsafe. The staff need to make sure they enforce their policy for their customers

I ordered turkey sandwich. Both side of Paper bag was opened up on purpose. So it didn’t hold sandwich. I didn’t see it. It fell of from paper bag. I believe it was on purpose!!!

We have always enjoyed this starbucks location. Until covid shut down the seating area we use to come here all the time.

Got here at 7:28 and they said they were closed. Guess when they say closes at 7:30, they mean they stop serving at 7:20

This Starbucks is horrible it took them 30 minutes to make one coffee and they kept asking us 3 times what was your order again to be honest I do not recommend going to this Starbucks because you will just waste your time and you will have to drink disgusting drink

A very good neighborhood Starbucks. Over the last year, from a customer point of view, this Starbucks has transitioned from very good to excellent. Consider mobile ordering if speed is your top priority. And if you have time, please enjoy your beverage while shopping at other Newcastle businesses.
So this morning I go through the drive through like I do most mornings. I ordered a chestnut praline latte and went on my way. I took my first sip and realized it was just super sweet milk. So I did what I virtually never do- I went back and complained. Instead of gruffness and frustration, I was greeted with smiles and a new drink. And in the process you made this very tired teacher's day. Thank you thank you thank you!!!

While I loved that this place was open Thanksgiving day, the service was absolutely horrendous. I get it's a holiday which is why I'm saving a star but wow. It took 20 minutes after I placed my order to receive my 2 drinks. Which by the way were completely different than what I ordered but I refused to wait another 20 minutes for a simple iced caramel americano. So I'll give it a little leeway since it was a holiday but how can something so simple be ruined? Never coming back here again.

Favorite Starbucks store ever. The most greatest store I have never been. People are so nice here and you can always feel their welcoming when you walk inside. Easy to find a parking spot, easy to find the location.
