We went there for lunch thinking we would be able to finish in at most 1.5 hours but we were totally wrong. While the restaurant was less than half full, it took almost an hour to get our food. Our waitress did not check on us often but when she did she kept telling us the food was coming. However, that was not true. We finally raised our concern after waiting for almost an hour and found out the kitchen actually did not prepare our food. This restaurant is always slower than average but this service level is too extreme. Well, we can only comfort ourselves at least the food was good.
We had lunch at The Calcutta Grill on our anniversary, which made the experience especially disappointing.
We were a party of five — four adults and one baby with a stroller — but we were seated at a small square table that could only comfortably fit four people. The baby had to stay behind us, and there was no proper space to place a high chair or stroller, even though there were plenty empty seats / bigger table available. We did not feel welcomed or accommodated.
The view is beautiful, which is probably the highlight of the restaurant, but unfortunately the food itself was just average and did not stand out.

One of the main reasons we went here was when we called about menu they said they would be featuring prime rib in NYE. When we arrived at 7:30 and ordered they were already out of prime rib. How is that possible? One of us subbed in. A new your strip for the same high price which was average at best. The servers were very attentive and nice and the cocktails were good.
Incredible new menu and very impressed with everything even down to the new Caesar salad. The shrimp and grits are a must. Delicious!
Great place to get Thanksgiving dinner. As a party of two we were seated in corner - which was fine, but next time I'll bring 2 friends to get a window table 🤞 Some holiday themed drinks would be a nice touch. Service was awesome- the team working on Thanksgiving were all amazing !!
During our Thanksgiving visit, we experienced exceptional service and a delectable feast that truly exceeded our expectations. The staff was welcoming and attentive, making sure every detail was perfect, while the food was a delightful celebration of flavors and textures that left us thoroughly impressed
Just stopped in for the views and drinks. We loved this place.

We came here to celebrate my birthday, but unfortunately the experience was disappointing. There was a piece of paper - the kind used to separate cheese slices - left inside my kid’s cheeseburger, and he ate half of it before we noticed. It completely ruined the mood for what was supposed to be a happy meal.
The manager apologized and offered to take the burger and fries off our check, which we appreciate, but the mistake shouldn’t have happened in the first place. We left feeling disappointed, especially since this was meant to be a special occasion.

My friend and I celebrated my retirement @ Calcutta Grill. We each had a caesar salad w/steak added. I'm gluten free so no croutons on my salad. FABULOUS! Our server Ash made our experience delightful. Even though we sat and visited for several hours, our server Ash made us feel welcomed. We always had what we wanted & needed without hovering. She is a STAR! And as a sweet surprise dessert for my retirement, Ash brought me the gluten free ABSOLUTE AMAZING chocolate torte w/vanilla ice cream and rich chocolate sauce. The whole visit was magnificent and memorable. Thank you Ash and team!
The view from the Grill is great. Unfortunately, the food was not. We went for our 45th Anniversary. I ordered Halibut ($60) and wife ordered Lamb (about same). Halibut was very poor, either because of fish quality or food prep. It was very dry and the surface crust hard to push through with a fork. Well prepared, good quality halibut should pretty much be moist and flaky, cleaving easily with each use of fork. Manager came over, head to demonstrate the challenge, he went back to the kitchen and then came back to us saying he was in agreement and apologized. Did I have to prove it to him? I then just ordered a cobb salad and didn't make a fuss about it. Wife's lamb was reasonably cooked but flavorless, which she relayed to manager but no change was made. She didn't eat the second lamb chop. He credited off the halibut charge but still charged for salad. In most restaurants that charge those kinds of prices you'd expect my meal to be comp'd, maybe a free desert, or credit for future meal, or something. But no. The servers, etc. wished us happy anniversary but that was it. Not sure why we were asked making reservation if this was for a special event. I don't recall anything being done to make it 'special'. All said, disappointing, and may be awhile before we return. There are a lot of dining options in this area.

The view is excellent and the food is quite nice. A good choice for friends meeting together
This restaurant has soo much potential, being on public golf course and the most amazing views of Bellevue and Seattle , it can be so romantic and upscale for dinners. We are regulars there for lunch / dinners, and had girlfriends lunch yesterday, I had mahi mahi tacos and my friends ahi tuna sesame salad: zero taste, I mean completely tasteless! We ordered cosmo cocktails and every single time there are not up to par! I mean is not a rocket science to have same ingredients, and recipes for different bartenders to make consistently good drinks. Also whoever is the chef in kitchen they need to step way up or go. If I was the manager of this restaurant i would be very embarrassed, to have this beautiful place and to have horrible food and drinks is a shame.

I stared at out food on a warming counter for 10 minutes and finally had to get up and interrupt the three young waitstaff who were standing in front of it, and talking incessantly, to ask them if they could bring our lunch over. They then got quiet and and went and found our server who brought it over. Then we had to ask for utensils. Not great experience. Place was empty and staff had too much time on their hands and lacked professionalism. It was my husbands birthday lunch.
They're terribly understaffed. We had to wait several minutes just for a server to come by and introduce himself. It didn't get any better after that. Now I remember why I quit coming here even though it's only 5 min. from where I live.
