So I want to start by saying it was a very clean place which I appreciate. I had been wanting soul food for a while is my dad's family is from the south and I lived in Mississippi for years. So i aaked my dad to take me for birthday lunch. I was so excited for my catfish. The catfish soup was good as gold. The actual catfish tasted reheated was soggy on one side and crispy on the other the fries were cold. The hush puppies were good and hot. We were only checked on once so I ran out of water and could find anybody to refill our drinks. My dad's shrimp also tasted reheat and rubbery. The presentation was nice and the employees were kind when you could find them. We were the only two in there you would think we could get a refill atleast.pretty sad because I wanted so bad for those to be my go to catfish fix but I probably won't be back.

We just sat in the restaurant for over an hour ordered the gumbo and red beans and rice both dishes were delivered without any rice. They have one person working in the entire restaurant by themselves. Sucks to pay $50 for a horrible lunch that took an hour and a half and still wasn't right.

Varied and interesting menu, friendly staff. They host many interesting events, including karaoke, live band, trivia, and bingo night and sip and paint. A good place to hang out in the bar or outside around the fire pit or have a nice dinner in the dining room
service is horrible and wait last few times over hour before get food. used to be great place. last 2 times some got food and were done eating before everyone else. that's not good. very disappointed it used to be fantastic. very un attentive customer service
We'd be regulars if this place had better service but instead we chose to go only a few times a year.

Excellent service. Delicious food. Fun atmosphere. The fish n' chips (sweet potato chips for us) and fried oysters were on point. And the prices were great. Thank you!

We were starving after hiking and camping for 3 days in Salmo-Priest and found this great little gem on the way home. Best burger I've had in ages and my partner had the delicious blackened catfish. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. 10/10 we'll be back!

The highlight of this restaurant is the southern food. Although their Pub burger was delicious, the Gumbo was absolutely exquisite. My only regret was not getting some Red Beans & Rice instead of a burger, after tasting my wife's Gumbo dish. We will save that for another trip. We came to the restaurant as it's coming into the off-season so there was no wait. One of the waitresses seemed a little judgemental on some of our questions and choices (e.g., no ketchup with my fries) but the owner took great care of us. She was extremely nice, and took care of us.

The wings were okay, nothing special. The jalapeno burger was just okay as well. The meat itself had a lot of flavor but that was it. The Po boy fish sandwich was not good at all. The bun was super flaky and dry, and tasted old. The fish had no flavor and was super soggy. I tried tarter sauce to help give it some taste but it didn't work. The last time we were there was about a year ago for breakfast and we weren't impressed either so we hadn't been back until yesterday, so definitely disappointing with it being a nice atmosphere and close to us. I don't know if they got a new cook last year but 2 years ago we went several times and it was very good.

We have ate here before and remembered it being good. We had good service at that time. Decided to come back for to go service. Friday night about a 45 minute wait but they also had karaoke going on so they were busy also Labor Day weekend. Burgers are huge and cooked well. We enjoyed the black and blue burgers. Steak fries seasoned well. Kids enjoyed the pizza. Nice place to get some dinner by the lake.

Wonderful local hot spot at Diamond Lake! Live music in the summertime! Great service, food and drink menu, plus amazing gluten-free options from pizza, hamburger buns and country gravy! Our server, Olivia tended to our every need; the chef is creative and accommodating to various diet needs. Had a wonderful dinner in late August 2024! Thanks - will return and would highly recommend!
Such a great little place, clearly a loved and well cared for business. The food was great with some really fun cajun options. The hush puppies and red beans and rice with corn bread were exceptional. It was super busy on a Friday night with a wedding party in the main area and karaoke on the (very cute) patio. It was a great experience and absolutely a well portioned meal of value.
