This place was the highlight of our visit to Newport. Stopped in for a deli sandwich and was pleasantly surprised by the fresh made while I waited sandwich. The person behind the counter was friendly and let me pick my fixings as he built my sandwich. It was so good! They also have these fresh, in house made potato bites. A change from fries and very nicely made! We will definitely plan to go there next time we pass through.
We had Owen’s cater for a work luncheon, it was a great experience. I talked to Robert Monday he was more than happy to help. We will definitely be calling them again in the future!
An original corner store open since Newport had dirt roads through tien. A piece of history itself with vintage recipes and values. Absolutely recommend stopping in if there's time or your craving a hot soup or deli sandwich.
