I want to thank Marty and Leslie for having such positive attitudes and for their great drinks and service! I hope their boss sees this can reward them! Before them, the gal who worked must have been miserable as she seemed stressed and unhappy, taking it out on the customers, always leaving me feeling belittled. I stopped coming because of her. With Marty and Leslie though, I've started coming back and I always leave with with a smile on my face and in my heart. Thank you Ladies. I know the job can't always be easy, but you two are awesome!!!!

Vegetarian options: Eggs and Beyond Sausage options for vegetarians.

Kid-friendliness: They're always kind and respectful towards my kiddos and my kids always want to come back.

Starbucks is not the place it use to be. You are now just a number. Not friendly like they use to be and the coffee is overpriced. I'll be taking my money to the smaller mom and pa shops.

Marita at the newport store was very rude. Me and my father where in line with separate orders I told her this and she continued to try and put out drinks on the same order and after telling her 3 times it was separate she said to me that I didn't have to be rude when I wasn't being rude. It's not rude to tell her our orders was separate. She was very unperfeshinal and very rude. And then proceeded to make my drink half asked and not give me full wiped cream. I am very Un happy.

I understand being short staffed. But to stand and wait for 10 minutes with nobody behind the counter. Not acceptable atleast put a sign out or something. Most of the staff are very nice but one is rude most of the time. Joanna is not nice alot.
