Applebee's continues to be the worst service in a restaurant that I've ever experienced. Sat down waited 5 minutes for our waiter. Ordered drinks which took 10 minutes and not even brought by the waiter. I asked the waiter what the deal was and he had no answer. The restaurant only had 12 other patrons. I decided to leave and the waiter made a rude comment as we were getting up to leave.

UPDATE: After waiting several months for the promised gift card I'm officially saying they are not going to send me one. Just further tarnishes Applebee's reputation or should I say lack thereof.

Fries were cold not enough bacon on the a lot of bacon and the meat has no seasoning on it The ranch and soda's good

Picked up my order togo, server had me tap my card while she held the car reader. She then very quickly pressed “pay amount” on the touch screen which forced the default tip of around 15%. Her response to this was to say “[she] had no idea what she just did, what happened?”.

I explained disgruntled that she had just tipped herself, she proceeded to act upset apologizing for about 5 seconds before immediately running into the back of the restaurant to not be seen again. Wasn’t worth my energy to start an issue in store hence my review.

It was terrible. They were out of 3 out of 4 things I tried to order. I got the quesadilla salad and told them no spice and then they shook seasoning (very heavily handed) all over that was spicy af and mixed my dressing into the salad instead of putting it on the side. It was dry and flavorless with a ton of heat i cant tolerate.
Tried ordering 2 apps.. they were out. Got nachos... almost no meat, and they charged reg price instead of half since it was after 9pm that I arrived and ordered. 90% of the plate was rock hard chips with no flavor. Terrible. Then I tried for dessert. No ice cream.
Attempted several times to order a drink but my server was more concerned talking to the other 3 people at the bar for most of the night so I just had water.

The male manager is great here but every time the female manager is working service and food is horrible

This Sunday 3/29/25 Applebee's really let us down. Poor service, cold/mushy food, and a grouchy old man at the bar made for a miserable dining experience. The big guy who usually manages this location does a great job and his absence was definitely noticed today.

Monica was amazing great server. We normally like Joe but she’s equally as good.

Monica is always in a good mood and fun to be around, and makes great drinks.

Monica is the best bartender! Always pours them quick and cracks a joke and a smile!

Monica and joe always give fantastic, fast service! We love monica!!
