First, I haven't been to Arby's for a few years for anything other than a shake.I walked in to an empty restaurant. I ordered potato cakes and a French dip and swiss. I waited for about 3 minutes to get my order placed, really no big deal. What got me was that I waited over 18 minutes for my food (to go) my shake was already over half gone. I watched as my food sat there and my potato cakes sat over by the fryer for a good 5 minutes before they were put in the container. I get home not even 6 minutes away to find there is no cheese or anything else on my sandwich the first is cold and the potato cakes are soggy and cold. Maybe they wouldn't have been so bad had they at least been cooked. Now I know exactly why I hadn't been there in years!

Potato cakes are back, but they aren't the same. I was disappointed. 😞 Food was hot and fresh, but just average. The turnover was good. Too bad they didn't have the flavor I ordered.

Sad... I used to really enjoy the food here. today, my gyro was gross. the sauce tasted rancid, and the meat was so very greasy. the bag was even oily. The frys were stale, and the beef and cheader had less than a tablespoon of cheese. we waited almost 10 min and paid almost 20.00 for nasty food. lost my business for sure.

I did the worst thing ever and came by 5 minutes before close. I was greeted by Gloria at the window. She was so sweet and understanding and offered outstanding service.
I was one of two cars in the drive thru and there were no cars in the parking lot. May I ask why was I told to pull up while the car who ordered AFTER me got their food first? Outside of that, I asked for ranch for my chicken tenders and they seemed to give me every other sauce except ranch. I like to be patient and understanding but there comes a time when it becomes unacceptable.
