I even ordered ahead on the DoorDash app. There was so sense of urgency when we got in there the girl working was just standing not doing anything and she didn’t start on our order till we got there. There was another customer who was getting impatient as well because her order was taking a long time to be fulfilled.

Very yummy! There was only 1 woman working at the time I ordered, but she was crushing it and handling all of the customers quickly! My açaí bowl was good, maybe a bit runny, but better than being too frozen. I was worried about the seemingly small size, but it was more than enough. Only downside is it’s a bit pricey, but definitely worth it for a weekend treat.

Actual conversation (after I had paid and the smoothies were ready) on a $50 order. "May I please get whip cream added to the tops? That is an extra cost Sir. OK, that's fine, I will pay for it. I actually don't have a way to charge you for it." Umm, what? How does that make any sense at all?Smoothies are mediocre, lacking flavor. Won't be back.

We came to berry bay after having looked at the menu online and having high expectations because their smoothies looked like they would be very good. They did end up being quite good as we expected, but the service was lacking so far as to take away the four out of five stars that are missing. We pulled in at 7:35, 25 minutes before close, and was met by Aniston at the drive thru window. She displayed an immediate questionable attitude as she explained that we were unable to order any of the juiced drinks, as it would take her too long (40 minutes) past close to make us those drinks. I’m unsure whether or not it was because the workers had already cleaned up any given juicer, or that they somehow normally take 50 minutes to make for any customer, but an employee sacrificing the customer experience as a way to make sure that the end of their shift is as close to close as possible, is not acceptable customer service. As we continued to order my friend explained to her that we would be paying as three separate orders, she snarkily said “wow you guys are really trying to kill me tonight” with no sarcastic or joking tone to be picked up as a joke. From then on she smiled maybe once, counted our drinks as 1, 2, and 3 instead of naming them for us as we assumedly don’t know what they each look like, and had a dry tone of voice as if we had wronged her.I really did enjoy my smoothie, the banana berry (I think), and my expectation of flavor was 100% met, but we really didn’t appreciate the attitude displayed towards us as customers which is part of any given customer service job.

These are the BEST smoothies in town!!! They have many options that were so good My favorite is the sour watermelon strawberry or their gourmet huckleberry one a layer of whipped cream and granola in the middle. It's so good! Now when I want a smoothie I don't even think about Jamba juice anymore. It's nowhere near as good. This place is the absolute bomb! And the workers and owners are super nice! Always a pleasant time dealing with them!

So this is my second time visiting this store I ask the lady if I can sample the flavor of the fudge and she said no we dont have any samples. The flavor I ask was already opened but she refuse to let me try.. thats what ya get for trying to support local

Wow! So so good! I just enjoyed a bowl topped with granola, peanut butter, and banana. It was heaven! My hubs loved his Fried Banana smoothie…I almost fought him for it! It was amazing! We can’t wait to come back and work our way through the menu. Yuuuuumm!!!

They didn’t use fresh fruit for my bowl and I had stomach cramps after eating it ( it’s also delivery on door dash so that can be the reason too)
