Waited over 20 minutes in the drive thru for the order to be incorrect. The replacement was much faster but the inconvenience ruined my opinion of them

Yelled at my friend after we ate there we were getting some drinks from 711 and we dumped our BK and some small amount of trash into the bin and a employee yelled at us despite the fact I held up the BK bag. We won't be back.
Always have a problem with the late shift this time food was not hot and the buns for everything i ordered that gad a bun was not toasted. Employees wearing gloves touch things besides food and then going back and handing food again and reusing gloves that they had already removed from their hands
