I appreciate the food but it's obvious that the ownership is not on site and the restaurant is woefully financially fragile. Th community would benefit if the franchise were owned by someone with the experience and financial ability to operate it properly.

My husband and I came by for a quick snack today and it was busy from an event at the park. There were many disgruntled and some quite rude customers in the lobby. The workers were doing their damndest with the unexpected influx of customers. Our food was hot and came out fast even with the amount of people. 10/10 for this overworked staff. Customers be more kind to those in the service industry. They are not paid enough to deal with your attitudes and/or tantrums.

Good fast service with inexpensive tasty food. Got charged 50 cents for two cups of waters for two of us - Charged for a senior drink. Was told one water is free, but two cost money.I assume it's due to being on the island. Another order had the wrong type of mustard, but otherwise the orders were spot on.

After a 30 minute wait (Understandable it's lunch time) I Wanted to use an online coupon. Told me their system was not able to use coupons at the moment. I asked if they could honor the price and they said no and I would need to pay the full price. I just left as that is not something you tell your customers.

For how under staff they are, they have Never gotten my order wrong, or taken forever to get food out. Plus they are upbeat and friendlyParking: Drive thur is a bit odd if you are not use to being on an inland, easier to go through the back road to get in and out

Been here multiple times and not once have they not forgotten at least one item or slightly messed up the order. The fact its reoccurring is especially worrying, I've never had this much of an issue with any other location. Luckily staff are really nice and the bathrooms are

I've had to come back on multiple occasions because items were forgotten or incorrect burger toppings. However, the employees have always had great attitudes. Which is most important to me. The cashier was especially fun & kind. It was refreshing. I believe her name is Duli (or a similar name that I recall thinking was unique.I just make sure to check the bag & food before leaving the parking lot. Yes, it shouldn't be a reoccurring issue, but it's not a huge deal for me.

Got the impossible whopper, never felt so sick in my life. I think they gave me a regular whopper. Won't be back until they improve how vegetarian foods are handled.Vegetarian options: Not really vegetarian everything is cooked together.
