Absolute favorite spot on the island! We drive out of our way to go here. Great staff and atmosphere. The owner is the best, and she always makes my lotus drinks exactly how I want them. Highly recommended!

Rude to sit and BS with someone when there are people lined up. The chick with the long creepy nails sat there and just talked and talked and talked to some car with California license plates. She talked so long that we reversed and went to the other coffee stand where I could see that she continued to talk to the guy in the car. Won't be back and will not recommend to anyone that I know.

This review is long overdue. We visited this coffee spot a few times during a chilly June stay on Whidbey Island, Washington. The coffee was outstanding, and every cup tasted absolutely delicious.Service is quick, but never rushed—the perfect blend of efficiency and warmth. Will definitely come back here when we visit again.

Yall this is the best coffee in oak harbor! 24 oz Americano Marissa style (mean packed with ice) - half Bold, half Smooth shots- 2cream, powder white chocolate, peanut butter! Thank you ladies you make my day better everyday I see yall! Till tomorrow haha

If you are on Whidbey Island and would like a fantastic cup of coffee, we highly recommend Care de Lisio! They have some great add ons and tastes and blends that take your coffee experience to a whole new level!
Don't get me wrong, the wait can be LONG but those ladies are working fast! Lots of delicious drinks and the staff is super friendly. They also spoil the pup with treats while we wait, it's become a weekend routine

Cafe de lisio has been my favorite place to stop for coffee in Oak Harbor, the baristas used to be super friendly but every time I come in and the blonde girl is working I have a horrible experience. I’m leaving 5 stars because the other ladies working here are absolutely lovely and the coffee is delicious but I don’t understand how people can be so rude to paying customers.
