I received a poorly cut pizza, and they said it would be replaced. After the second one (the picture) showed up looking just as bad, I stopped the driver and showed them. Their response was "it's just the cut, it's not a big deal". They then went on to tell me how they are the "granddaughter of the owner", and that they'd been working there for a long time. Shockingly it didn't fix the pizza looking like it was cut with a blind 5 year old.

I feel like it can be a hit or miss with this location...a few months ago I ordered 1 medium pizza with BBQ sauce, salami, garlic, and Spinach. It didn't have salami or garlic on it at all and had so much BBQ sauce you couldn't taste anything else I asked for extra cheese and there wasn't even enough to cover the pizza of course I still ate a slice and the middle of the pizza wasn't cooked the little bit of cheese wasn't melted the dough was gooey.
However, lately (past month or so) things have seemed to improve there has been an appropriate amount of sauces on the pizzas, they've taken things off the menu and they don't have, the staff has been friendly the times I do encounter them.
I hope they continue to strive to be better.

I have always praised this Domino’s location, however my experience today has changed my opinion. I ordered online and my husband and I were coming back into town with our moving truck. This was the only vehicle we had and we stopped to pick up the pizzas on our way home. There are no parking spaces for a truck that size so we parked up front, put on the hazard lights and ran in quickly to get the order, which was ready and paid for. My husband grabbed the order and hurried back to the truck. An employee, (appeared to be a new manager) came outside and told my husband he can not park here. My husband apologized and said he understands, but that we just didn’t have any other options and he wouldn’t park there again. That should have been the end of the conversation, but the manager then proceeded to harass my husband and then threatened him that he would call the police. We were honestly in shock by this interaction. If that is the manager and this is how this Dominos now conducts its customer service, We will NEVER be visiting this location again. It is so disappointing that an establishment that has always been so fantastic with customer service now has an unpleasant environment and unacceptable service by a manager. Don’t expect our business again.

I've ordered from here 5 or 6 times and up until recently it was great. Last time I ordered my pizzas were missing half of their toppings. So I had to go through the process online and eventually I got a refund in the form of a credit, great. I order again. And once again they elected just to not put my mushrooms on my pizza. I feel insane because I'm mad about mushrooms, but seriously, are they just messing with me at this point?

Food was great and the place was really busy. Never seen so many employees working in unison. Never realized how much more business they have over other similar businesses. I do feel I was forgotten about though because my food was left on the shelf while I was already there and waiting for over 15 minutes.
