So I go in quite frequently with by myself or my kids and sometimes when I do the owner has a very rude hostile attitude towards me and my kids why I’m not sure because I do spend a lot in her business and to be treated as if I shouldn’t even be in there is not okay and I think as far as coffee quality and taste is amazing but customer service shouldn’t be overlooked just because you or owner that only means she should know better then anyone to how important it is .

I work at Saar's as a cashier and it's so convenient for a coffee shop to be right there and the coffee is good. Also the briesta is super friendly.

Showed up at 5 til 4pm and the open sign was on. So I went in and the owner says "oh I have to go pick up my kids sorry" and I leave upset. Mind you I come just about everyday and I had to walk about a mile to get there. I would have thought since we talk so much and I frequently visit that it would be fine but no apparently 5 mins would have made her too late for her kids, whatever you lost a customer today.
