Besides the shockingly unfriendly service the food also disappointed. Such a shame because the exterior looks like an inviting diner the whole family can enjoy. Needless to say we will not be going back.

Great place for a great "home style" meal. I highly recommend the Loko Moko if you want something different and delicious. The chef and his wife obviously love their restaurant, it shows.

As a Califoria liberal, this place really threw me off. Over the top nationalism and TRUMP memorabilia everywhere. We walked into the place and it was empty. No employees. The kids were hungry and the place is next to the hotel so we decided to stay.

We rang the bell and Frank came out. We ordered and sat down. A few minutes later the food came out and it had to be the best French Toast I've ever had.

Frank was warm, friendly, talkative and a real patriot. You know the type that likes all Americans, not just ones that think like him. I would go once a week if I lived there.

Thank you for your service and great food Frank.

Sweet people, affordable food; personally, and I feel bad saying so, the food, decor and cleanliness of bathroom all really put me off. Maybe just a generational difference. :/

Best breakfast in town! Frank's a good guy, and a great cook. This restaurant is an icon in the Oak Harbour area and it's filled with interesting Americana..

We go here every time we stopped in the area . Great job, frank!

A fabulous veteran owned business. A blast from the past for military veterans and active duty personnel. The food is excellent and cooked to order. Frank is awesome!

Haven’t been here for 3 years. Brought my family here and it seemed like the waitress was taking the orders and making the food. Only 3 other tables of people were there so they weren’t busy. Biscuits were stale, gravy was like white water, didn’t get our water till midmeal after having to ask for it, and the ham I ordered with my meal was warm around the edges and ice cold in the middle. I don’t know if it was deliberate or just a bad day but Franks needs to pull it together.
